The Blue Tooth stop working and we had to buy an additional Blue tooth adapter. We updated all drivers. I think the blue tooth adapter malfunctioning should be part of consumer awareness. I also think Ibuyerpower should reimburse me for having to buy a blue tooth adapter. I have only had this Gaming Desktop for 2 months.

Im happy with the performance of the tower and processor but the keyboard is terrible

I bought the I buy power PC earlier this year and while it was nice the first few days but the HDMI port had died after a week of using it when I took it back and I tried to get a upgraded version of this PC as advertised on Best Buy’s website it was sold out. Why do you advertise a product that you cannot buy

This was the first gaming computer, but for a 12-year-old's birthday. Sadly, the first one deliver it ended up having a bad graphics card. And I spent the evening of his birthday on the phone with iBuyPower. I ran to Best buy and returned it in person, and reordering a second one. The second one came missing the Wi-Fi antenna, and we had to wait till mid September for it to be delivered. The second one also has a bad graphics card. This is so disappointing and frustrating. I thought I did all my homework, and the reviews on this set was great. So I don't know if we're just unlucky or what. But at this point we will not buy one of these again.

So i purchased this pc to upgrade from my 6 year old pc and it actually runs games worse... I used to be able to run multiple copies of a game at once without any lag, now if i run 2 the second program just lagss into the ground. The Ram is something you would find inside a dell pre-build, and the Mobo isn't even signed by the manufacture. I will be looking to return this. The 5 star reviews are either Ibuypower employees or People who have No clue about anything when it comes to a PC. This is a Load of garbage that I never would of suspected Ibuypower to cheap out on parts but this is a new level of Low Respect for your own products.

Worked well for the first month and a half, but then I got an error message stating to reboot and select reboot device. Did not purchase a protection plan since the cheapest plan was ~$120. Contacted local Best Buy and was informed just for them to diagnose the issue would cost $100+, again that doesn’t even include fixing the problem. Then found out the hard drive was the problem. By then it’s 2 months since purchased, not much can be done at that point. Very unsatisfied with purchase. Now I’m stuck paying for this dead computer and have to spend extra money for a new hard drive.

Disappointed in buying a product from a place that I like only to be dealing with a factory that has no clue!? Worst service I have ever gotten. Will not ever deal with this brand.

whatever you do don’t but this computer it comes really bad and doesn’t connect to any display/monitor and most of the fans don’t work or leds

I bought 2 of these and both of them suck. iBUYPOWER doesn't seem to do good work, and their support is super hard to get ahold of, and don't fix the issue. My first PC had a bad ssd, and then was always slow and won't run games well. my second one is unusable because it is constantly crashing and rebooting, and I can't get ahold of support for help with it. 100% failure rate. It's not worth how cheap these computers are, steer clear.

This computer keeps turning off randomly, sometimes going a full black screen while the case's LED lights continue to cycle through colors, or just restarting. Often on startup, but not all the time, pink pixels are interspersed through the screen, an indicator that the video card is faulty. More effort was put into the flashy lights than an actually working computer.

The specs sheet say you get an I7 9700f but you actually get an i5 9400f. Not very happy about that

Was so excited to unboxing my new desktop, I never EVER leave reviews, but after today I felt like I should! I unboxed my NEW desktop and boom the HDMI port from the Graphics card was not working correctly! I got online and followed ALL troubleshooting I can find.. so glad I got the geek squad warranty. Gotta give it to them tomorrow and HOPE they can fix it.. I’m sure it’s a great desktop, just very upsetting that I get a defective one..

I can not review the product...but I can Best Buy. This was a gift 900 bucks... it was not the right computer, I tried to return it still in the box never opened, and was told oh you are on day 16 you can only return it forc15 days... but because it is not opened you can have a store credit... well that won't work....you dont have the computer i need so your holding my money hostage. I will sell it on line..very disapounted in your policy

This is a great gaming PC! It is so amazing I purchased a second one for my other son. My son was thrilled with the speed, visual, graphics, and ease of the computer. As a mother, I liked it because he will also be able to use it for his remote learning sessions. Installing it was a breeze, and according to my son the fps is incredible!

The computer is a great value before you buy but after one month of purchase the SSD drive failed. I had it replaced by the computer company. Now the chassis fans failed. I am trying to contact the computer company and there is no answer (it rings and then it gets disconnected automatically). That's called poor service. So in conclusion, poor components and poor service.

Multiple connections not made on motherboard right out of the box. Got everything connected properly, turned it on, began the initial setup process and within minutes, it stuck in a reboot loop with a blue screen of death every time. Returned it the next day.

I've heard a lot of good things about this computer but also a huge amount of bad. I decided to give this a try and unfortunately received a computer that won't show any display on a monitor. I bought the vga cord and dvi according to recommendations and still nothing. This would not be a computer you would want to take a chance on buying without a warranty.

Pass it up, needed to return. It Brian’s was not able to be repaired.
