Works better than I hoped only problem is one of the radiator fans is making a funny noise

Everything worked except the RGB lights on the fans.

Liking it so far. It is my first PC and I'm still figuring some stuff out on it.

No issues so far. Starts up fast thanks to separate SSD. Runs quiet.

Not completely happy with the purchase, after 4 days the keyboard spacebar acting up. I took the keyboard to best buy and they wanted to replace the entire system and I had to wait for the new system. Now after 2 months the network card is not working properly and to work with Ibuypower is ridiculous because just to register the product you need to write reviews and take screenshot of the review. This is unheard of. Just from this product im very unhappy with. BTW the PC is not as fast, startup time for this PC is over 1 minute.

What a headache. Despite reading past IBuyPower reviews about parts not installed correctly, missing, broken hardware, ect. I figured "that won't happen to me." and purchased the PC. I was mistaken. My PC was delivered and out of the box everything looked great. No damaged glass, no scratches, everything inside looked well secured and tidy. I got all included accessories. I set it up and when I tried to turn it on: nothing. No fans lit up, no lights came on. I checked the back power switch to make sure it was on and tried again: nothing. I plugged this PC in various outlets through out my home. I tried troubleshooting the problem through IBuyPower's official YouTube videos. I spent the evening checking all the connections leading from the PSU and found everything was connected as should be. Nothing worked. This PC would not turn on. The next day I called IBuyPower and after a good 45 minute wait I spoke with a very impatient sounding lady who sounded like she didn't care at all about my problem. She quickly had me go through checking the connections again and just told me that I have a "dead on arrival" PC and to take it back and said bye and hung up. No apologies for their broken product, nothing. Needless to say I did take it back to BestBuy and the staff there were very friendly and accommodating. I was given a full refund immediately. I could not give a rating on the "Value" or "Ease of Use" as I didn't even get the chance try it out. What a disappointment for me and my little son, who was very excited to get a gaming PC. Be very careful from buying from IBuyPower. A bad experience could just happen to you.

I replaced the RAM, SSD, and Motherboard. The GPU and CPU are solid, the HDD is fine. Nice fans, nice case, decent PSU.

Cheaper HP non-gaming computer failed after 5 years of no issues. I decided to upgrade and get this computer so my son wouldn't have a problem running games on it. I hooked it up and noticed immediately it did not ship with the support foam inside the case to protect it. When I turned it on, there was no picture to the monitor. Over an hour on hold before I got through to technical support. Turned out 3 cables were unplugged and the setup was different from the standard setup which made it tougher for the tech to tell me how to fix it. 2 weeks later, all of the LED lights inside the case completely failed and would not turn back on. Another hour + to get to technical support and they said it would be 2 months to send it back to get repaired. Also the GFORCE App would not work. Absolute Quality Control issues with this company. Seemed to be "built" by someone who had zero experience. I returned it for a Cyberpower pc which was noticeably better right off the bat. Stay away from this brand it didn't even last 1 month

Hello, I was planning on buying this pc for my son Johnny. This pc started off strong but then it became way too noisy and distruptive so we turned it off now it wont turn back on. This is a horrible pc do not buy it, make one yourself.

When I first bought this and turned it on, one of the led fan's didn't light up, so I returned it and got it replaced, and when the replacement arrived, two of the led fan's didn't light up
