Purchased just shy of 2 months ago and no complaints at all. Picked up in store. Out of the box easy to setup, start up, and plug and play. Don't really play that many games but no problems with Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum v16 and rendering to 1080i-30p, 8mbps, HD video, 5.1 Surround. Core I7 and 1TB HDD breezes through multi-rendering the processes in a fraction of the time it took older rig (which really could only handle one at a time). The RTX 2060 is just what I needed for visual filter effects. Recommended.

I got this computer and it was really quiet and it was the quickest computer I’ve ever had! I would definitely recommend this computer!

For the most part the computer is ready to go and use after unboxing. The instructions are fairly easy to understand but I think it would help to explain a little more in depth with the install instructions because I thought I needed to install my graphic's card, but it appeared to be installed and connected tightly. No other wires needed to be connected like that instructions said but that's ok because it would of been another task and a half to get that installed being this is my first gaming computer.

This desktop is fast and has easy set up. The perfect computer for both home and play.

Only real issue i have is one of the light rings stopped working. Other than that, its a solid system. Runs silent, setup was easy.

Love this computer. I spent a long time with a Beat Buy associate going over the pros and cons of many different computers. We agreed this one would be the best fit for me. I get it home and it was easy enough to get up and moving. Some of the games I play require a lot and this computer provided. I got to watch all the cut in scenes and play with no lag whatsoever. It was so nice. I highly recommend.

Building your own PC used to be a great deal. With iBUYPOWER it's no longer that advantageous to build one yourself. If you add the time of research, ordering/shopping for components, collecting the parts, building, loading software and testing it's not a good trade off. Their buying power (in volume) is way better than my own. Forget making mistakes etc. All in all a great deal and super convenient.

Set this up to run golf simulation software connected to a launch monitor. Graphics and processor perform really well so far.

Everything inside the pc worked great upon arrival, the system works exactly as expected and runs all triple a titles I've played so far at above 100 fps.

The PC runs everything smoothly, I can play all my games with the highest settings and I am beyond impressed with the price!

I got tired of playing only console and would watch endless hours of play throughs of PC games on YouTube, and finally I gave in and bought a gaming PC. All of my wires were connected right out of the box and set up was a breeze, the SSD really gives it a super quick start up speed. Out of the box I was getting about 65-75 FPS on Arma 3 on Ultra settings, and over 100 FPS on CS:GO on max settings. Overall I would totally recommend this PC to anyone starting out in the PC gaming world

This computer was a great buy, the customer service was great when i needed to get a problem fixed with it. The delivery was only 2 days and I didn't have to pay for the extra time! This will not disappoint if you do make a purchase, I still have this computer and game with it to this day, the FPS is great on all games, I experience no lag, and a great experience. The lights are also really great on the computer. Don't hesitate to purchase from IBuyPower. Great company overall!

This machine performs well. Plenty of zip due to the SSD and Ample amount of memory. Excellent graphics as well.

Great first time pc. Very fast and can run any game I throw at it. I only wish the options for a headset were better

The speed of start up and the graphics are far superior than other machines I have had that cost much more than this one. There is a large SSD with plenty of room for 'system' files as well as a large (1 TB) HDD to store your games, codes, editors, etc. All the above and great looking case makes this my prize possession. My only complaint is that the keyboard has many 'sticky' keys compared to other keyboards. I simply switched it out with a standard DELL keyboard.

Really good been my daily driver since I bought it and it's easy to upgrade good deal. Powerhouse.

We bought an off the shelf gaming PC that crashed when we plugged it in. We returned it and it was suggested that we let Geek Squad Technicians build one to my son specifications. It turned out to be a fantastic decision he was involved in all aspects of the build has he picked out the components with the technician it was fun to watch. In the end we got a better value and the best computer we presently have in the house my son is very pleased thanks
