Definite upgrade from previous system I had. Chose this based on all specs but graphics card was a big decider for me. Don't do a lot of intense gaming but nice to know I can with this. Starts very quickly, ready to go in about 30 seconds. System looks great with ability to change colors inside. Network card actually allows me to use my Gig speed service.

It is fast, it's quiet, and it is like a monster!!! Love this PC!

This is my 1st gaming pc and was hesitant on purchasing a pre-built from a big box store vs building my own but couldn't be more happy with! Runs most every game at ultra settings with ease and is super quiet to boot! The only downside is that it comes with a very cheap keyboard but it will suffice until you can upgrade to a better one. Great pc!

Purchased this new for my first gaming PC. So far i love it, super quiet, runs cool, and good FPS on advanced games. Would recommend to others.

Awesome computer for the price and easy to setup out of the box.

Where to begin? From a simple push of a button and wham boots up in seconds. Had no issues with wires loose or so, compared to my old trash laptop this beats that out of the sky. Runs literally everything ive thrown at it flawlessly from Remnant of the Ashes to Apex and much much more. Overall as my 1st gaming prebuilt purchase I am greatly satisfied.

Had an issue upon purchase, Would get the "Reboot and select proper Boot device" error upon turning on. A "not-so-quick" call to tech service (30 minute hold), was able to remedy my situation. I explained the situation to the technician and he was able to very quickly walk through what I needed to do to fix the issue. To help anyone who has this issue, under the Boot menu on your BIOS, CMS is supposed to be disabled according to their tech. This fixed my issue. Performance wise, it exceeds my expectations. I am happy with the purchase.

This PC is amazing. However, the lack of an instruction book, was mildly irritating. It is my first desktop, and I wasn't sure what I was doing. It took me a solid 30 minutes to figure out what to do with the seemingly extra antenna to allow me to connect to the Wi-Fi. After I got everything set up, it has run like a dream. Hopefully someone will find this helpful.

Hands down my best purchase yet. I have never seen a pc for this price with this much power. Extremely well built and definitely worth the purchase. I do 4k video editing and this thing doesn't even blink. I do gaming while downloading a 40gb file in the background and not even a hiccup. You will not be disappointed!!

Got this as a replacement for a custom-built PC that died after a long, valiant service (work from home during the coronavirus distancing period ran it too hot for too long). Been extremely pleased with set-up out of the box, didn't encounter any issues with set-up -- I did have to run out and grab an hdmi to displayport adapter since the graphics card only has a slot for one hdmi (didn't see that in other reviews). All the ports work out of the box and the packed-in mouse and keyboard are both better quality that I expected (and have RGB leds as well, a pleasant surprise). Once I have everything set up again I'll probably end up moving my old HD and SDD over as additional storage since it appears to have additional sata drive expansion slots.

i recently purchased this pc on 02/13/2020 this is my very first gaming pc and i absolutely love it i recommend you buy this pc

It’s a great pc, great value, powerful, wonderful to look at, however, there’s 3 things that are lacking: 1. Maybe just my unit, but I have to regularly replug my front fans because the middle one dims itself, and it’s the connector. 2. It runs hot. During the summer, I have to open the glass part, or it will trip my surge protector. 3. There is not enough space in this, I luckily, had my 2T from my previous pc. So that might be something to look into. It’s easy to install.

It’s an amazing computer only thing I would say is one of the fan lights in the back doesn’t work and never did from unboxing it that’s latterly only thing negative about it

I have had this computer for about three weeks and it is everything I was looking for. The price is great for what this computer can do. I use it for gaming and the speed and graphics are perfect. The only problem I had was with the USB ports in the back, but once they are alined correctly everything works beautifully.

I couldn't be happier. We are new to gaming, so after some consultation with friends and family who game we decided on this system. Set it up, plugged it in, and turned it on. Ready to go, took a couple hours to get all the games we purchased loaded, but now we are ready for Christmas morning! Can't wait to see their faces!Q
