When I received it from best buy I had to troubleshoot after getting everything set up because some of the vans were working properly. I didn't get the remote to change the colors and the keyboard that came with it the space bar would stick on the first time using it....once we got everything figured out its not so bad but still have to get a new keyboard and take it back to get the rest of what I bought???"

Supporting documentation, such as a manual, are non-existent. Also the wiring routing was horrendous, looking like a rat's nest or something that a 10 year old would put together. Do your homework before plunking down your cash.

We apologize for the misinformation, we are having BestBuy update the specifications. The case has 2 x 3.5" and 2 x 2.5" internal drive bays. The reason why manuals are not included with our systems is because each one is custom built with different parts, so manuals would not be consistent. Again, we are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the system.

I will say the lack of cable management on one side of the case was absolutely abysmal looking even for a novice which I am not. The 16 gig of RAM was also a disappointment. The unit looks great but has no room for an optical drive, and limited RAM in my opinion. Should have waited for the next Xbox unit and saved a ton of money. Lesson learned!
