Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I picked up the computer at Best Buy and when I unboxed it the connectors for the wifi were loose and one of the fans didn't light up. I called IBuypower tech support I waited an hour on hold and never got through, I then left my call back number and never got a call back. Tried calling again the next day was #1 in the queue for over an hour and again left my callback number and never got a call back. There is also no obvious way to update the computers BIOS and drivers.
