The case and fans are beautiful. Good number of fans. No Disc tray unfortunately.

Great powerful pc but the mouse and keyboard that come with it are cheaply made.

Imagine buying a brand new car. You think to yourself, let's look at the reviews. The reviews were solid, the vehicle looks great, and it is what you desire to own and operate. So you purchase the car, and excitedly race to the vehicle, putting the keys into the ignition and turn. So what you expect to happen would be to the vehicle to purr to life and you drive off smiling into the sunset. I wish I could say the same for this product. After getting everything situated in my gaming area, checking the connections, and hooking it up, you do the logical thing and hit that magical power button. The fancy LEDs light up and the fans start turning, and the smile on your face grows. Then the worst possible sentence appears on the screen. "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key." Now you being an individual who doesn't want to give up, crack open that good ole manual that is provided. After attempting to problem solve, you ultimately give up after hours of working through different processes, working on the connectors, searching the internet for any sort of answers. The next day, you give a call to the good and resourceful Geek Squad. They tell you to bring it on in. So you go in after nice long day at work, and you maintain your cool, trying to remain calm for a problem that is out of your control. The Geek Squad agent, Megan, attempted to start up the computer, and boom, the same sentence appeared. As she knew it would take at least a day to work on the computer, she was nice enough to exchange the computer for a brand new one of the same make/model. So your smile begins to grow, and as you gleefully go home to enjoy a lovely dinner with your family, and work on your brand new PC. Tearing apart the box like a toddler opening presents. Plugging everything in, you smile, as again those phenomenal LED lights, glow to life. Then boom, "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key." With a heavy sigh, and raising blood pressure, you box everything back up and off to Best Buy we go. Fortunately, I was blessed to have the same exact agent, Megan, appear at the desk with my saddened face. She was baffled by the same exact issue that appeared previously. She, now worried, called forth from the warehouse of computers that they have in the back of the store to bring the last and final model of the same computer they have in stock. She plugged and boom. SAME SENTENCE APPEARED. Low and behold, it appears that their batch of computers they received apparently did not have any working operating system in their motherboards as promised by the manufacturer. I wished I could of have had this computer. It seemed like the best choice for me. I thought it would been something that would of made me happy, but now thinking back of it just makes me gloomy. Best Buy assisted with trying to rectify the wrong, time will only tell. The end.....or is it?

Bought this thinking it was a pretty good deal, got it home and hooked it up and all i got was boot from bootable drive or insert software into bootable drive screen. I checked bios and everything was good all drives were present and in boot order sequence, its like they forgot to put operating system on ssd or hdd, total waste of time as I drove 45 minutes back to bestbuy only to return it cause the other ibuy power computers were doing the exact same thing. The guy in front of me at customer service was returning his ibuy power computer for the same reason. Seems like ibuy power would quality test their systems before shipping them out for retail and dissapointing so many customers as I will always stay away from their brand and but cyber power brand when it goes on sale instead...its a shame cause the specs on this would have been a good deal.

Overall a good computer with decent parts, but the wifi card gets disattached pretty easily.

I bought this for in-store pickup for my son. Everything seemed fine until I got home and witnessed my son seem to struggle to even power on the system. It seemed worrisome as he is currently a student pursing a CS major. We called IBUYPOWER support to resolve the issue. They took step by step to make sure every cable was connected rightfully so. To my sons surprise, we find numerous cables unplugged outside of the motherboard and untangled very recklessly cables pushed down into the bottom of the PC. The support guy suggested we returned the product and seek for an exchange or refund as he claimed their prebuilt products should turn on with ease and not have the reckless cables thrown into the bottom like we found them. By the description of our specific PC, he claimed there must have been an interference between bestbuy and us from receiving the product as advertised. Will not be looking forward to buying anything sold by Bestbuy at such a high price for a disappointing result.

I am wondering if this pc is air cooled or liquid cooled

One word; Garbage Two words; Don't buy Should be called IBuyGarbage No power what so ever, slow, sluggish and terrible. One year in to this garbage product, the hard drive crashed. If it was not for having Geek Squad it would have cost me $300.00 to fix it instead of 100 for a new hard drive. If you work for this company I would be embarrassed because their is no quality in your work. Avoid this junk at all costs.

Dead outta the box. Wouldn't load up, boot up, nothing. Went to return and get new one found this to be unavailable. Couldn't have shipped or nothing. No store within 100 miles carrying it either. Worst part is I wasted my cyber Monday getting this crap! Fortunately bb priced matched an Hp omen to cyber deal. Still not what I really wanted as far as components. Really wanted the ibuypower! But I'm guessing this is no longer produced or total crap so bb is not going to continue selling this model? Had all the managers confused as to why they sold it few days ago but could no longer get?

To the people coming to these reviews and seeing that a verified person from IBUY is stating that it comes with WiFi and to the video that is linked with this computer stating it comes with antennas - This computer does not come with wifi nor the antennas. I had to call up best buy and was told that this only comes with the $1799 computer and not the $1149.00 . I'm not sure why the video says it is included and not sure why a verified employee of IBUY is stating otherwise, I had to cancel my order due to this.

Bought one today. Very cheaply put together keyboard is very cheap and mouse sucks. To top it all off LAN Wi Fi will not connect to my network. I will be returning it tomorrow. No Thank you. Awful presentation.
