I was initially reluctant to purchase this unit. Coming from consoles, I was looking to get a gaming PC (to play Fallout 3 and NV, to be honest) to experience the other side of video games. After doing some research, I was considering either building my own PC or buying a pre-built (which most people in the PC community seem to discourage). For the price (I got it on the Black Friday sale for $1,500), I am very pleased. The unit is a bit bigger than I imagined, but not by much. The RGB lights look amazing and can be controlled by your mobo's software (mine is an Asrock), and I checked both the left and right panels to make sure everything was plugged in when I inspected parts during the initial setup. Everything was in order and it was just a matter of plugging the PC in. Software-side, everything was a breeze. So far, I've played Fallout, edited in Premiere and will play the new Modern Warfare soon (as I got it with the purchase of an RTX card with this unit). All-in-all, I can not recommend this unit enough. I've only used it for a few days though so take that into account. If anything changes, I will be sure to update my review and let BB/IBP know. As a first time buyer of a desktop I wanted to spend the time saving for parts and build my own rig. I managed to stumble upon this rig while "window shopping" due to being overly excited and spent a long time thinking about my decision. Having parted it, I ended up saving about 60 bucks with the sale price that Best Buy was offering and since I wanted to put similar parts into my build, as you've guessed by now, I've made the choice to buy this pre-built beast. It was neatly packaged, the cable management could have been a little better but it wasn't terrible, and all the ports on the MB were properly aligned (included in this review due to some of the complaints). To add to that, it booted up clean first go. So far I've been thoroughly impressed, it's run all my games on Ultra with ease even when I was streaming. The temps run a little hot (90c was the peak while intentionally pushing it to the limit) but that should be manageable with a few tiny tweaks. Overall this is a clean build, it's a powerhouse, and I am excited to spend many hours gaming my little heart away.

At first I was skeptical about buying a Prebuilt PC. I was wrong! It’s a perfectly built PC. The attention to detail on cable management and the way it’s shipped was top quality. The PC is super quiet and fast!!! The RGB lights look amazing when turned ON. I’m able to run Fortnite at 240 constant FPS. I’ve had it for about a week. Installation was smooth. Thank You IBP!!

I was in the process of pricing together parts for my next PC when I came across this pre-build during the Black Friday sale for $1499. At that price, it was cheaper than what I set out to build by a decent margin, so I ended up ordering one. Due to several reviews of misaligned motherboards, I was semi anxious about receiving one like that. However, it arrived without any need to fix anything, just plugged it in and it was ready to go. I held off on reviewing it until I could get my feet wet with it a bit, and it has handled everything I’ve thrown at it and then some. Every game so far in ultra settings on a 4K monitor, with GPU temps averaging around mid 70’s under load, has been around 60+ fps. So far, I’m very happy with this PC, and it should last for some time to come. Also, I’m not sure why there are complaints about not getting an RGB remote... not once did I see anything listed about it coming with a remote, so I’m unsure what those complaints are about. The RGBLED program it comes with works just fine.

While I've been using this PC for just about a week now, I am overall satisfied and feel that it was definitely worth the investment! First off, the packaging was super tight and secure. It was actually a bit difficult to remove the PC from the box. That's a good thing though! While I personally already have a mouse and keyboard, it's a little nice addition for those who need it. Regarding performance, anything I've thrown at this PC manages to handle it extremely well with no issues. One of the biggest differences (with my older rig) was VR games. Half-Life: Alyx in specifc plays and looks fantastic on this PC! It's actually really incredible to notice minor differences such as webpages and files loading faster as well. Since this PC has liquid cooling, the amount of sound it makes is very minimal and quite a huge difference compared to my older rig. All in all, if you're looking for one of the best PC's to play your games, I would definitely recommend this one.

Great Rig! No issues love it. I never hear it run it doesn't run hot and runs Warzone like a dream. I happen to get this on sale for $1499 which was a stupid good price. I did swap out the Gigabyte 2080 super for my new 3070FE.

Just bought this, and I can say without a doubt that it's a great value. RGB lighting effects are awesome, the graphics card is amazing too! I installed some of the games I already own and ran them on Ultra in 4k 60 FPS, and it looks stunning! I would definitely recommend this unit!

Got this computer when it was on sale. $350 cheaper. Very easy to use. Just plug in and play. Great for those higher end games that require that strong graphics card, and high processing power. Custom LED lights make it great to have the computer light up in the dark.

Happy Canadian customer. I shopped a lot before selecting this unit. Nothing at this price point came close to the features and performance of this unit. Everything arrived in tact, well packaged and fully operational. Also of note, the hard drives weren't loaded with a bunch of bloatware. All the components appear to be gaming grade quality and it benchmarked very well against other PCs with similar specs. The glass and metal case looks classy and durable, there is also lots of breathing room for all the important innards. I tested several AAA games on my 65” LG OLED with excellent results. The product gives me confidence that it will comfortably run high settings with 1440p or higher resolution without any trouble. So far It has been exactly what I was hoping for in a future proof gaming PC.

with a prebuilt like this I thought for 1499 on black friday the parts alone would cost that or more so I picked it up! So far so good my only complaint is #1 it was a bit tricky figuring out all components in the computer the power supply or ssd is not listed anywhere for brand etc. but a quick google helped. and #2 my case came a bit bent where it comes together which made me nervous on how it was probably handled in shipping to the store. I decided obviously that isnt ibuypower fault so I kept to see so far so good but still leery. the idea of shipping it back sucks so I hope it works fine. all my rgbs work and the computer runs great. i plan to upgrade the power supply as it is only a 650 watt although it is gold so we will see. overall great value.

Easy to hook up , straight plug and play. Only the front 3 fans light up for me, did not come with a remote either. Will look more into it when I get a chance, games run great on it.

Took me a while to get it set up and started with all the drivers downloaded. But when I finally downloaded games any games I threw at it could be maxed out 4k60. Worth it over my old Xbox!

Awesome Computer and the price is incredible for what i got, im super stoked and recommend this commuter for anyone who wants to really game.

I absolutely love this Ibuypower desktop! So far I have not had any issues! everything was intact and ready to go right out the box. It is SUPER fast... ive had it for 3 weeks and it literally hasn't lagged once. So I recommend this brand, and Best Buy actually has some pretty decent deals.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my two boys who watch videos of other people playing games they want to play. With this pc, they now get to actually play those games. Setting it up has been the toughest part which was extremely easy and I did have, what seems to be a common issue, with the lights where one of them was not working. I don't even mind having them all off. The important thing to me is performance a d that hasn't been an issue. The kids have taken turns playing games without any issues like game crashes.

Its a very good computer runs smooth and looks smooth and I was looking for a pc that wont just be done in a year

To start off this will be my second IBUYPOWER PC so Ive had experience with them before. I'm really glad that they were able to provide prebuilt rigs at store fronts like best buy. to me makes that more accessible. the parts are of good quality like the Asus Motherboard, the RAM and the GPU. the styling is nice as-well with the tempered Glass and Fan Placements. would recommend. start up was easy and instructions clear.

Received this desktop today excited. Setting it up I realized the USB ports didn't fit the slots on the back of the computer. I was unable to insert Ethernet cable, USB products, ect. Opened up the computer and noticed the radiator appeared to be used for quite some time before being placed inside this desktop as shown in the pics. Fixed the USB problem though. Doing further testing though.

Really nice gamer desktop. Reboot fast and smooth. Super quiet didn’t even know if it’s running or not. Love the led lights. Can change any color you want. Keyboard and mouse lights up too. My first gaming desktop and I love it.
