The PC I built years prior finally broke and I didn't know what to do. It took a lot of research to find the PC I wanted without going through the trouble of delays. If you want employees to turn their heads and only focus on you, buy this PC. You won't regret it. This is the best price for an upgraded gaming experience.

Online this company catches a lot of heat from the “build it yourself” community but honestly this computer has been nothing but great. Started up within 3 seconds once out of the box.

I've been using this computer for eight months and the temperatures are always between 79 and 82 C. on the graphics card with heavy games. The CPU is running between 65 and 75 C. Yesterday was a hot day and the CPU reached 86 degrees. The computer works great but the fans are bad quality and there's no air flow on it. I had to take off the glass in the middle. Now my computer looks ugly but my temperatures are between 7and 10 C lower with my CPU running on 60 and my graphics card on 73. I don't recommend this computer unless you want to take off the front middle glass from the case and change the fans.

I've had this pc for over a year now and this pc makes a weird noise I don't know what it is. My PC has been turning off randomly for no reason recently. When I got the PC it was perfectly fine no noise and the pc didn't randomly turn off. I got some help and people are telling me the Power Supply is the problem. The picture is when I first got it.

I have been wanting to build a PC for a while, but I do not have the patience to buy all the parts I want separately for the right deal. I decided to hop on this desktop for $1550. Comparable builds involving a 2080 super and an i7-9700k would have cost more than this build so this was a decent deal. Here’s an i7-9700k/2080s build from PC Partpicker costing $1720: https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/jxqqqs/magnificent-intel-gamingstreaming-build My unit came with the following parts with prices at the time of review: *i7-9700k ($330) *MSI 2080 Super Ventus ($700) *(White color)Adata XPG Gammix D10 3000mhz ($130 for red color) * ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming motherboard ($110) *480gb Adata SSD ($50) *1TB 7200rpm Seagate Barracuda ($35) *650w +gold psu ($???) That’s already $1355 not including the rest of the machine such as the case, liquid cooling, windows OS license, etc. I believe some units might come with a Gigabyte 2080 super which is $30 more than the MSI version. I would have preferred the Gigabyte 2080super but I’m not gonna complain since I got a fully working unit out of the box. I have no issues with the computer’s assembly aside from the cable management. All the wires was crammed behind the psu and required a bit of force to move around. The wires are also zip-tied very tightly. It can be a problem cutting the zip-ties without damaging the cables if you plan on switching some parts out in the future. I mainly bought this PC for 4k60 gaming on my Samsung 4k TV with freesync technology. I installed Red Dead Redemption 2 and the game ran almost perfectly in 4k. I have mostly high settings with some medium mixed in at 4k resolution and I was getting around 47-55 fps. Keep in mind that not even the 2080ti which cost almost double this gpu can run RDR2 at max settings at 4k60. RDR2 is probably the most gpu demanding game right now, so if I can get the results I did with this game, every other game should be a breeze. I plan on overclocking both the cpu and gpu to get even better performance. I recommend installing MSI afterburner to overclock the gpu. The only con I have is the lack of a usb type c port, but overall I’m happy with the product so far. Only time will tell if most of the parts hold up well after the 1yr warranty is over. I don’t have too much confidence in the case fans and psu holding up, but everything else seems decent enough to last for a while.

    BEAST of a PC

After spending a month or so looking at computers with my dad (I was leaning toward a pre-built), we came across this beaut. With all of the components inside the PC, not to mention the fantastic RGB lighting that came with it, we were both extremely excited that this PC was such a good price, and we ordered it. When it arrived, it was like Christmas 2. Runs like a beast, and can handle all of my games, even Minecraft with ray-tracing, like a champ. Pros: Extremely silent, even when working to the full extent. Bright and vivid RGB Plenty of storage, for whatever you happen to be doing Easy maneuverability within the computer, both physically and technically Cons: Doesn't come with the performance power plan set up, but easily fixable in settings When mine arrived, one of the fans was unconnected, but all I had to do was take off the solid side panel and plug it into where the rest of the fans were plugged into the I/O panel is misaligned, but with some tweaking, I can use enough of the USB's Overall, there are some very minor irks when getting this PC, such as the power plan and the single fan and the I/O panel. but once you manage to fix those issues, this thing is flawless and runs like a total champ. 10/10 would recommend.

    Awesome Gaming PC

Bought this PC for my son and he thinks it's great. His last gaming PC was ok for a while, but soon became obsolete. I think this one will last maybe a year and half before it needs to be upgraded or replaced. It is noticeably quieter than his last one, which is nice and also doesn't seem to kick out as much heat which is also a plus since it's on all the time. As for reviewing the tech, note that I am not a PC guy or anything but here are my 2 cents... Combining the Intel i7-9700K and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER results in an awesome machine. One thing I learned when researching what to buy, is that the component piece names are easily confused with one another, and sometime the descriptions are not specific. e.g. there are a ton of Intel I7's out, there so make sure to notice the numbers after that (i.e. the 9700 in this on) as well whether there is an additional 'K' at the end. The 9700K is a high end version (for now mid-2020). Same thing for the Video card, the 2080 SUPER is better than the 2080, so read the details!. In short, he loves it, it's fast, quiet, cool looking, and it easily runs all his games without any lag.

Best computer I've owned; needs different case

Pros: Fast start and operation; fantastic processor, motherboard and graphics card; great sales price at BestBuy Cons: Case needs to be wider due to wiring interferences; needs internal slots for additional hardware; RGB lighting panel wiring is problematic I purchased this beast a few days ago. This computer replaced the ibuypower computer I've had for over 10 years. I just finished installing the software and hardware upgrades. Everything works great, with one minor exception as discussed below. To begin with, the motherboard is an Asrock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4S, and the two installed memory sticks are XPG Gammix D10 DDR4 3000's. The graphics card is an Asus Geforce RTX 2080 super. The processor is Intel i7-9700K at 3.6 GHz, 8 cores, 8 processors. Pricewise, this computer is the best price for the components that I've found. This is the first computer I've owned with a SSD. The computer startup is faster than I've ever experienced, and during gaming, the startups, shutdowns, and transitions between levels is far faster than my old computer. As you probably know, with the upgraded graphics card, you have to go into each game and reset and adjust the video parameters, such as field of view. One of my planned upgrades was to install additional memory. The computer came with two 8gig Gammix D10 3000 sticks, which are white and rectangular shaped. This specific brand and model number was not easy to find over the internet, and when you can find it, it was sort of pricey. I took a chance and bought a pair of Gammix Z1 (not D10) DDR4 3000 sticks. They are white and sort of pyramid shaped. I added them to slots 2 and 4 (the original two memory sticks filled slots 1 and 3). The computer immediately recognized all 4 memory sticks upon startup, and I now have 32 Gigs of memory. The installation of the two memory sticks was pretty straightforward and uneventful. The motherboard has 6 total SATA data connections, meaning that it can support additional components. However, the graphics card is so long and large, it covers about 2 of the connections. However, the bottom two connections are open and available for expansion. I added a second HDD, a WD 2T and connected it to one of the two lower SATA connections. For the power pin connection, I was able to use the same connector cable that was used for the installed HDD. Make sure all connections are tight, otherwise, the computer won't recognize the new disk. The new computer does not come with any additional cables or device connector screws, but fortunately, I had extras that I pulled out of my old computer. The power supply is rated at 650 watts, and I had a new spare 750 watt power supply. The power supply is encased in a metal protective cover, so I chose not to upgrade the power supply. I will upgrade it only if necessary. I was able to load all desired software on new computer with limited trouble. The only software that was problematic was Office 2016, due to Microsoft thinking that I had loaded it onto too many computers. A quick call to MS resolved the issue, and Office was installed without further delay. Upon startup, the computer did not recognize my wired PS2 keyboard (the old plug type), although the computer has a PS2 plug, but I had a spare Microsoft USB keyboard which works fine. (I prefer old style keyboards.) Okay, now the cons. The computer is advertised as a gaming computer and not as a cross-over computer. I use the computer for work as well as fun. I wish it had the capability for expansion. For example, I need an optical read-write device. It was clearly advertised that it does not have the capability for an optical reader. I will have to purchase a third-party external device at a future date. The mother board allows for expansion, but the computer case does not. The computer does not have an internal storage rack like my old ibuypower computer. When I added my WD 2T HDD, I had to lay it on top of the installed HDD (which is below the metal protective plate I mentioned above). That leaves about 3 SATA slots on the motherboard open for future use, but no where to place the components, unless you lay them on top of the protective metal plate. I installed an Asus Xonar DGX sound card with no problems at all. There was an open, and easy to access, PCIE slot for this card. No cables required. I had more trouble trying to figure out the software settings than physical installation. I connected the soundcard output to a digital-to-audio converter, and then to a 2-channel speaker system. Like other reviewers, my computer arrived with one set of fan lights not working (bottom fan, front of case). I had to remove the metal backside panel to reconnect the wire. If you've been back there, that's where the wiring harness is (haphazardly) located. The culprit connection was the bottom right hand corner of the RGB panel, and the connection was impacted by the wiring harness. Its a cheap and flimsy connection, to say the least. I accidently broke the connection trying to reinstall the back panel. Thus, only 3 of 4 lights work. At some future date, I'll look into hardwiring the dead light with another light. I suggest that clear packing tape be placed over the connections, to protect them from movement and damage. The case needs to be about 3/4 inches wider, to accommodate the wiring harness. As is, the back panel is difficult to reinstall due to interference with the wiring harness. Overall, the computer is a fantastic computer at a great price, and I highly recommend this computer, despite its few flaws.

Got this unit with Black Friday pricing and 18 months financing with my BB credit card. That is awesome in my book in and of itself. I felt that I got really luck with the components used in the unit I bought. My video card is made by Gigabyte and is a well reviewed unit. It is the GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2080 Super Windforce OC 8G. My my mother board is a Z390 chipset which is a newer and should help this last an extra couple of years when It comes to upgrading. Overall this is a very powerful machine and will run AAA titles and will be sufficient even for heavy photo and video editing. The unit also is quiet and really has not bothered me even after running games at Ultra settings and gaming for hours. I would recommend this unit over a lot of the other builds here at BB with similar specs. Feels like iBuypower didn't skimp on the component choices compare to their other offerings here. At the time and price I purchased this, building one on my own would taken the price $400-$500 more roughly. The only gripe I had about this build is that the SSD is NOT an NVME M.2 but only a SATA.

The first pre-built that I had bought from Best Buy was a CyberPowerPC model SLC7000BST, but this computer was DOA. However, this PC from ibuypower has worked flawlessly since I purchased it on 3/11/2020. I am happy with my purchase, and have been able to play all games on ultra with high frames with everything staying within a healthy temperature. I am impressed with the quality of this pre-built computer, especially since this is the first pre-built that I have bought. (not including the previously mentioned CyberPower PC SLC7000BST) My past 5 gaming PCs have all been built by me, but I figured for my next one I would give the pre-builds a shot despite all of the horror stories I have heard. My experience with CyberPowerPC was most definitely a horror story, but my experience with ibuypower was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this brand and this particular build if you are in the market for a pre-built PC.

after researching parts to build a computer similar i found that it was more cost efficient to buy a prebuilt. the computer comes liquid cooled with plenty of case fans for cooling and it is super quiet even in heavy gaming loads. the price is great for what you get it beats paying for a name on the case. it can run almost any game on ultra settings i have not tried to render video as it was not my intention for the computer but i"m sure it could. all in all i would recommend highly to a friend or anyone looking for a computer that will last for and keep up with requirements for years.
