I'm satisfied that I got a great deal on a very serviceable computer. This is the first pre-built computer I've ever owned, and that alone is the reason that I bought into iBuyPower. Had I not had much experience in selecting components, assembly and system setup, this brand would not have been a good fit. The iBuyPower brand is NOT a manufacturer, it is a computer assembler that has little interest in providing helpful resources for the aggregated components inside the case. There is s very light-duty "User Guide" that pretty much only explains the product's unboxing and Windows 10 activation. Beyond that, I was on my own. Yes, they do have a support phone number, and yes the folks I spoke to had reasonable answers...most of the time. As for any configuration and troubleshooting documentation....Fuh git about it. TIP: Immediately determine the manufacturer of the motherboard, PSU, GPU, etc, then go to the respective companies to get real documentation to refer to. I have to admit that iBuyPower has done an outstanding job of sourcing and assembling computers, with quality components, that are priced very competitively. As for product documentation, not so much.

Purchased the computer and a monitor from Best Buy and set them up today. I am so overwhelmed by the quality. The graphics are breathtaking. The sound amazing. The speed at which the system runs astounds me. Gaming is a piece of cake with this computer. Other functions are so much easier now too. I would recommend this computer to anyone looking for the perfect gaming computer.

We purchased our iBUYPOWER gaming PC from Best Buy during the Christmas season and it has proven to be a wonderful PC. Running Jedi Fallen Order, Forza Motorsport 7, STEAM games, and Minecraft (among others) has been flawless--the computer is fast and has great graphics. It is also incredibly quiet--none of the noise from fans you typically get with air-cooled computers (this one is liquid-cooled).

    BEST UPGRADE EVER

BACKGROUND: I built my previous PC and I thought it was an amazing set up moving from an old laptop that was not made for gaming but I'm very low maintenance and didn't really see the need for an upgrade. However, I was introduced into the world of PC building and I was intrigued by what goes into a computer. From there I was able to understand exactly what was used for a PC to work the way it does. After owning my own build for several years it started to wear down and it was time to upgrade. I spent about half a year researching on what's the best PC I can get for my budget. I was looking at so many different specs but I always came back to this build. APPEARRANCE: I think everyone can agree with me that this PC looks amazing. I never really thought much about RGB but having RGB actually made me enjoy this build a lot more. I can sync the colors to what I want and it's quite simple to do so. I like the sleek and modern look of this PC. The cable management is what really sold it for me. I'm horrible at cable management so maybe that's why I leaned more towards a pre-built PC. How does it run? Literally like butter. You know when you get a new toy as a kid you're just over filled with excitement? Yeah.. that was me when I was test running all the games I played. All games ran smoothly. I definitely am happy with my purchase. It's still fairly new so we'll see how it turns out in a year or so.

Works like a dream out of the box, almost no bloatware. A little more expensive than you could build on your own, but if you're a bit older (and maybe lazier) and have some extra $, this is a great option. It's reasonably priced compared to getting essentially the same parts that come in many other pre-built machines. If you can get it in 2020 for $1,500 net, that is a great deal.

I am not a big fan of buying pre-build gaming-pc however, this PC is definitely worth for the price and it runs most if not all the FPP or TPP games in ultra settings. The RTX 2080 supper 8gb GPU and the i7 9700k CPU gives you a 150 FPS in majority of the games like: pubg, COD, cs:go.. without the need to overclock. Will definitely recommend this pc to a friend.

    Its not the best

Pros: - Decent price when its on sale for 1500. - Comes with keyboard and mouse if you don't have any. Cons: - The overall airflow in the case is bad. - The rebranded NZXT Kraken M22 cooler is sub par as a cooler, and inadequate for this processor. - GPU 6 pin connector was unplugged, and RGB cooler fan was unplugged when I opened it up. - Very loud fans, as they are trying to do your AIO's work for it. Often times sounds like a jet when I am using Chrome. - **Biggest problem IMO besides the cooling** The IO shield and motherboard DO NOT line up in the back of the computer. Plugging something into a USB port on the back is a huge pain. I have to pull towards me on an already plugged in USB to be able to plug another one in as the IO shield blocks it. Overall it works. There is some hiccups that could cause someone who is not versed in computers to think they have a broken system on arrival. The cooler could be upgraded. There are better air coolers than this out there that could even be used. I have a new cooler coming in at the end of this week, and a new case, and new case fans. PS; I've provided my temps after playing Rust for an hour. Its under temperature, in the furthest right column. I closed the game when it reached there because of how fast it was climbing.

I bought this pc after upgrading from my old pc. It looks absolutely amazing! The RGB's look so clean and nice especially at night. It came perfectly boxed, all ports were plugged in and it was ready to go. The power I now have is beyond what I thought. I am now running 150+ fps when I used to struggle for 60. Definetely a good buy for the money hands down!

Have purchased two PCs from them. One years ago and another just recently. Always impressed with their quality for the price. Great for people who aren't quite sure how to build a PC or even those who just don't feel like taking the time to build it themselves. This recent one, the BB973, runs games like butter. Highly recommend it if you're interested.

Bought this PC and have been very satisfied with the performance. I’ve had no issue running any game I throw at it. I had 1 disconnected RGB fan but aside from that it’s everything I could’ve asked for considering it’s a prebuilt. Totally worth it if you’re having problems finding parts for a custom build. Buy this and upgrade later if you want!

I received my iBuyPower computer, and I'm so glad I made the decision to go with them. One of the smartest purchases, I've made this year. This has to be the quietest, fastest, coolest looking computer on the market. My brother saw my computer and now he's about to buy one. Thanks again iBuyPower for making such a great and AFFORDABLE Computer.

My wife decided to get me this PC for my birthday today and I have been using it for a few days now and it has handled everything I have thrown at it! 165hz (FPS) at 2k (1440P) I would suggest a bigger SSD to put in or an external SSD as this is just under 500GB and has a HDD of 1TB which is nice. Also comes with a great keyboard and mouse!

This thing runs all my games on maximum full settings with over 120-160FPS each. Black Desert Online, Warframe (180fps), Monster Hunter World with the HD texture pack (166fps). It's nearly silent, the RGB settings are really nice, and the glass case design is great. I can run multiple games at once, even the high demanding ones on top of watching Netflix.

I gotta say, this PC is beautiful! Cord management is on point, case is sleek, size isn't too bulky and everything is brand new on the case! This 2080 super is quite the card for 4k gaming, as it runs everything I throw at it with at the very least a stable 30fps (playable/comparable to console fps) with Ultra/high settings. Love it!

I bought this PC on a killer black Friday deal as an upgrade from my current 1080 build. I got the Zotac 2080 in the build I got, and this thing is a beast! The only minor issue that I had was one of my fans lights wasn't working which is a simple fix for anyone with common sense. All I had to do was take off the side panel and plug the cable back in.

The computer is very nice. Super quiet with plenty of power to run any game. The only issue I have is that the motherboard wad screwed down too tight so I had to uninstall fans and motherboard to remount so that I could actually use the USB ports on the back. Don’t know that all people looking for a prebuilt would feel comfortable doing that.

This is my first gaming pc, and girlll it’s amazing. It’s a HUGE step up from my underpowered laptop. Right out of the box everything was neat, tidy and ready to go. She started right up and I promptly got her to work with some MMO’s. Everything team beautifully with no lag. It’s a super quiet machine too! I am absolutely in love!

This computer is a monster! It was super easy to set it up for the first time. Everything worked as expected and the quality of the computer shows. I have not yet tapped into the power of this computer but would suspect that it is a powerhouse like it's quality of craftsmanship. I would recommend this gaming computer to others.
