I love the computer so far, it has been a major upgrade from what I was using before. Only thing that was bugging me was that the RGB lights weren't working but I called tech support and they helped right away. I didn't have to wait on hold forever and Darrel was very helpful over the phone.

Really great computer! For the price, it has a good graphics card compared to what I could find to build. I stream, and it works like a charm! My community say they can tell the difference! I like that it comes ready to go, you don't have to do any building. Would recommend! Looks just like the photos.

Been using a Ibuypower for about a week now. The quality for the price is amazing. My only complaint is it came with a small chip in the glass and one of the fans wires came out during and took me some time to figure out where a loose wire went. After that though it has ran perfect and I'm surprised how quiet it is.

I really like the computer! It runs my mmorpg games really well. The only thing is the fan... I will have to replace it because the stock one sounds similar to an attack helicopter taking off. Overall good computer though. Also, the lights are really cool.

Overall a good experience but one I would not care to repeat. I ordered this online through bestbuy.com and had a few issues on arrival. Before I continue just let me say that Geek Squad are the true heroes here. They are fantastic and 100% the reason I will go back to best buy again and again. All four fans should have LED lighting, but on power up only 3 of the 4 fans did. The sound came through crackly and intermittent. Trouble shooting determined that this was not a problem with the software drivers. I took it to best buy where geek squad confirmed my issues. They agreed to have another one sent under warranty (Apparently its a total replacement per policy, as opposed to just fixing the fans and the sound issue, hey I don't make the rules.) I was impressed that another computer arrived 2 days after bestbuy said they would take care of it for me (I was pleasantly surprised, and this is hard to achieve.). I'm still down one LED fan ( the fan works, the lights don't) but at least my sound is functioning properly this time. That said, you would have gotten 5 stars if I hadn't had these issues in the first place, but the timely replacement (and geek squad) did keep you up at 4 stars rating.

For a prebuilt it's about as good as it can get for the price point. Fast delivery and excellent handling with a surprising amount of room to upgrade as time goes on if you really can't get lucky with finding replacement parts. If you already owned a Windows PC beforehand everything should just sync up right out the box and connected to the net.

I bought this for gaming and streaming. I must say it does everything I want and more! Only down side is the Keyboard it comes with. The keys are a little stiff but no one expects a awesome keyboard to come stock with any computer.

I bought this PC strictly for gaming. I play Path Of Exile and other people say that the game lags horribly and has serious performance issues. I have not had a single issue with the game while using this computer. It loads super fast and has zero performance issues. Great purchase. Highly recomended

I've had bad luck with gaming PC's before. I was a bit skeptical when I saw this price but I figured I better take a risk than throw $400 at a new video card to put in my old system. I am super impressed as this thing runs sooooo quiet. It has 7 fans but it almost silent compared to my old Alienware.

Recently got this PC and have been loving it. Super fast start up speeds and load times, and for gamers the pc runs graphic intensive games smoothly at high ratings. Overall, great PC have been loving it and highly recommend.

I do drafting and design work within the civil engineering field and needed something I can work on from home using various Autodesk software and I couldn't recommend this desktop more! It's perfect for my use. Great brand!

Everything as promised, runs great. I had to return a previous PC (not this model) that I ordered because it arrived damaged, and I got this one as a replacement. I have to say I'm glad I ended up with this one, because it's better than the one I returned, and it was the same price!

After one year, I can say that I've had a great experience with this PC. Its specs were as advertised, I have had no trouble playing any of my favorite games on high/ultra settings, and the load times are incredible (especially compared to my prior set up).

absolutely love it, it has everything I need to be able to play warzone and sims 4. I am able to stream on Twitch with no lagging. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a solid gaming PC without breaking the bank.

I love my computer! it is fast enough to game on all my MMO games with no lag at all. It is a great gaming system for anyone on a budget that still wants good specs. I would recommend to anyone.

My first gaming PC. Great for running video games at high quality and streaming at the same time. The mouse that comes with the PC is great and the lights on everything is very vibrant and you can control the color and how the lights move. Love it!

As far as it goes having this for 2 days, I LOVE it. I'd been using a laptop from like 2015 for so stupidly long, then I finally decided to burn nearly my entire checking account on this after the second stimulus passed. So far I don't regret it in the slightest. I see other reviews mention the fans being loud, but compared to the fans I'M used to hearing on PCs, this thing's are a whisper. If I had to list any problems, I'd say it was a BIT frustrating setting it up, but that's just my own fault because my room isn't very tidy around my desk. I also feel the included Keyboard's keys are rather stiff to push down. The oblong keys especially such as shift really refuse to push unless I push RIGHT in the center. However, nothing I can't buy solution for. So overall, I'm COMPLETELY satisfied with this purchase. I can play old games faster now!
