One usb port didn't work

Great pre built for new pc beginneers

I ordered it and it said it will be here in one week but it actually was ready in 5 days! Also was easy to set up. Best buy did their job. The only bad thing about this when I was setting up was that on the motherboard ports where the hdmi, usb, etc are IBUYPOWER put a sticker that said "REMOVE BEFORE USING"... a sticker. I even went super slow but still left so much sticker residue. Please IBUYPOWER change this, just put a piece of paper there with one or two pieces of tape
