Before buying our new computer, we researched several websites and stores. The choice to buy at iBUYPOWER was our best option. With them, our computer was totally customized the way we wanted and the best of all was the super fast delivery!

This purchase was an awesome choice. For a great price you are able to receive not only a great PC, but also a mouse and keyboard. My keyboard's keys were very hard to press and use at first, but I just lubricated the keys and now it works great!

This was our 3rd purchase of IbuyPower Gaming desktop. All teenagers very happy with systems. 2 of them had to have Windows reloaded. Best buy took care of this and we were back up and running within 48 hrs.

While it works fine, I, like a fool, did not double check that every part matched the specs. About a year later, I find I was sent a gtx 1660 instead of an rtx 2060. The 500W PSU is enough, but they certainly spared every expense. The RAM is a brand i've never heard of, so upgrading it might end up being a pain. I've had the PC for a while now and it works well enough. It's definitely noisy, especially when loading any game above medium graphics. If you're looking to buy a prebuilt just to get a good GPU, make sure you double-check the parts you receive.

The computer works great. The keyboard space bar does not. I sent 2 emails and called at least 3 times to ibuypuwer and got no response. Their customer service stinks. I went to Best Buy and they said I had to turn in the entire system to get another keyboard. So, I just bought a new keyboard.

This is one of the best investment i made for my son when I come s to electronics. The sales rep was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction so I can get the best for my dollar. Son Happy, I m happy, the family is happy.

Good product for a good price. Only 3 loads in so far and I'm liking it. The Load and Go soap dispenser is a nice feature. Happy so far.

My first gaming pc, great for a starter! Setup was smooth, and everything runs awesome. The sound isn't loud at all, which was one of my concerns. Looks and performs beautifully. I would definitely recommend for a first-built pc.

Just gave this to my son, set it all up which was easy and so far so good. Cool looking PC. Only thing I wished for the amount of money you're spending I wish the keyboard and mouse was wireless. I hate having wires show. My son is happy so that's all that matters.

so upon opening i noticed no foam insert. then i opened the case to inspect build quality and cable management and seen the gpu backplate ejecting one ram sticks slot while the other wasnt even clicked in, this caused the gpu to not even be plugged all the way into the slot , i know they never turned it on, never tested it because if they had. it wouldnt of even had a output signal let alone boot if it had been tested. i call, they literally just dont answer. i message on facebook. i get no reply except automated. the average user wouldnt of had a working computer if they got a pc from ibuypower in this condition. whole time i was calling and messaging i just wanted a rebate or game voucher but since they ignored me im not gunna sugar coat the review like i would have if they had just gotten back to me and treated me like a real customer.

Right from the opening the desktop was very well packaged and well organized with instructions on how to set up. The keyboard and mouse are good for being "free".

Love the computer, but several issues right out of the box. The screen on the front of the tower was not in correct sharp edges we're sticking out. Had to pull front off to get screen where it is supposed to be. Also the led lights do not work on the bottom fan.

Shipping was quick and easy. BB984V2 worked well out of the box. Power supply failed with a big spark after only 7 months. I work in a near cleanroom and the computer was plugged into a UPS.

The computer is great; however, the same cannot be said about the included keyboard. After two days of use, the keyboard has stopped working. I have attempted to use the keyboard on different computers, but it does not type nor do the lights come on.

Not bad, would suggest having a dual fan gpu ready to replace single fan Asus 2060 that comes with it (only reason It's not a 5 star) and basically upgrading everything else. It's good for me only because I'm new to this and I'm learning the parts.

This is a very good starter and budget pc This would be a very good pc for someone getting their first pc.

Ordered the pc and it shipped within 3 days. when i unboxed the pc everything was their and in excellent shape

Just got it and is is amazing. the cooling is amazing everything runs smooth. The only problem i have is that there was nothing protective in the PC for shipping. Other than That It is just fine!

i think this is an amazing starter pc but my only complaint about it is how hot it gets but that only happens when i’m playing rainbow six other wise it’s always cold with any other game i run i’m actually really happy with this product.

Received and confirmed specs matched the item description. Everything works as expected. Great deal considering the current shortages if you don't want to overpay for 30xx series graphics
