I am able to stream and game at the same time on high quality for most games. Only issue I had was my SSD was corrupted upon arrival. But company worked with me to have that replaced.

I got home and followed instructions for set up. I go to turn on the pc and nothing happens. After fixing the power issue, I still had to fix the RGB fans issue the following day. As of now though, zero issues. Great starter PC.

This has happen to a number of customers per these reviews. I attempted to contact the ibuypower support team to no avail. I strongly suggest looking away from this brand of gaming comps. The support is not there and ibuypower does not seem to care about their customers issues. I hope this review is helpful to future customers.

Had to reset my PC due to issues with PC. Also TPM does not come with it enabled to update to windows 11? Why is that?

I’m not sure if I’m supposed to give this review to best buy or the ibuypower company because I got lied to.

I finish setting up and look into the specs and found out I did not get the GPU and SSD that I paid for. This has not only happened to me but several others if you look through some of the reviews. The one that I paid for is RTX 2060 and 480SSD, instead I received a GTX 1660, and 280 SSD. Extremely disappointed I was very excited to play it and it being my first PC. Will be returning the the PC I got and getting my money.

Good Pc but display isn’t working
