The computer came missing parts, and parts that weren't listed. the 480GB SSD was like half that size. THE GRAPHICS CARD is a 1660 TI not a 2060 RTX like advertised!!!

Terrible computer. Where do I start. 1. Keyboard does not work unless you surgically press the keys in the dead center. Otherwise they won't depress. 2. The mouse is pretty much the same one you can buy at Five Below for $5 2b. Both keyboard and mouse are wired 3. The only LED lighting comes from the fans and there are no other light sources. 4. The software to control the LED lighting is minimal at best. 5. The case if GIGANTIC and weighs a ton. 6. No DVD drive 7. Slow, generic memory

Good pc, wasn’t disappointed with the options, Only problem was the SSD died after a week of use. Maybe just got a bad one

Good 4 during covid, didn’t want to scavenge for overpriced parts or spend months trying to nag one. Needed basic upgrades like Cooler and PSU

The mother board was off /disconnected I had to connected and look for an screw on my tool box to secure, other than that my son is happy with it.

Decent computer but instead of the i7 10700K I just got the i7 10700.... very disappointed In this. IBUYPOWER DOESNT EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE...

The PC works like a champ. Only down fall is there is chronic issues with the LED lights going on an off all the time.

The pc i was sent had the incorrect graphics card installed. Being brand new to pc gaming i had no idea how to check it, or that i should even have to. Unfortunately, i did not stumble across this fact until one day after Best Buy's product return window had passed. Best buy had zero interest in assisting me to correct their mistake as a consequence of that time period expiring. Now i have an inferior pc compared to the one i actually paid for. Learn from my misfortune and pay close attention to what they actually send you vs what you think you bought. I find it highly unlikely i am the only person this has happened to.

I bought this pc because the last one I had bought just a month ago kept crashing. I thought this one would be more reliable and look what happened. It promotes having an RTX 2060 but mine came with a GTX 1660 Ti. This is pretty crap to receive something completely different then what is promoted.

I'm pretty disappointed. And it makes me sad that I have to write a review like this when the problem could've been resolved. So long story short, I ordered a prebuild thru best buy and I receive it and everything looks great. This is my first gaming PC ever. I went about 3 months until I noticed their mistake. I was talking graphics cards with a buddy... figured out that mine didn't look like the one I was suppose to have... checked the info...found out I had the entire wrong build. I had finally deducted that the wrong PC was put in my box that was labeled correctly. I emailed IBuyPower. They blamed BestBuy but it had all the correct info on the box. They also said they'd look into it when I emailed them back hoping for them to help me out in anyway and they have stiffed me and not gotten back to me.

Terrible. I waited a week for it to come in. When I opened it and plugged it in there was no response on my monitor. I took off the tempered glass side and saw that the graphics card was crooked and not plugged in. I took it to best buy after seeing and geek squad said they could fixed it but when they removed the gpu they saw the motherboard was dented and chipped and that the gpu was bent and would not work if plugged in. I was so exited to get this but it came in damages with all the wires in a terrible mess. I am very disappointed.

Bought this computer for my 9 Yr old, worked fine for few months however lately the Bluetooth stopped working, seems to be hardware problem still not fixed even after reinstalling the system. Support has been unresponsive. Would not recommend

I ordered this computer 2 times, and both times I was sent a 1660 ti and not a 2060 like it was advertised to have;. If you're ordering this computer, make sure it has the correct specs. This is ridiculous.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a product. The desktop arrived with a defective mouse and when I contacted I buy power they refused to replace it they wanted me to pay for it after taking forever to respond and after 3 months the desktop crashed and doesn’t power on and I only used it for music production and they’re never reachable their phone numbers are always busy. Not professional whatsoever. I would never recommend this product or retailer. And I will be taking my issue up to consumer affairs.

Beware. As most of the other 1 star reviews have said I got a refurbished model that didn’t even come with a quick start manual. Pay more attention to the 1 star reviews then the 5 star reviews you don’t want to be on the receiving end of this. Extremely disappointed! I waited a week for hardware that was dead on arrival. Wouldn’t even connect to my monitor. This will be returned first thing tomorrow.

My pc arrived with a 1660 graphics card and a smaller SSD. I didn't realize this till later and I was one day past 15-day window so they wouldn't let me return it. I am mad because it's their fault they messed up and they should let me exchange it no problem. If you do buy this, make sure you check the specs immediately to make sure it's right. If not, bring it back and get it exchanged.

I didn't know what I was doing when I got this, and didn't check any of the specs on it when I booted it up. Only 4 years later, am I looking at what I paid for, and what I got. I received a 1660Ti graphics card (slightly better for longevity, worse quality) and a 256GB SSD. All that being said, could have been worse. Workhorse machine, can't complain at all!

All together it’s a really nice pc, but it came with a broken mouse and the keyboard keys were loose and felt like they were about to fall off. Customer service is not very helpful either.

Very unfortunate. Looked forward to bringing home after an 'Epic' fail on an HP Omen that wanted to keep restarting, so this was the answer. Kept getting the error that the monitor could not find a signal 'No Signal' . Without the monitor talking to the computer, nothing you can do. Gave up and took it back just a few hours after bringing home..... Also, multiple attempts to contact technical support for help were a fail........ Better off getting one built from local PC Builder, a little more money, but lot less headaches.....

I ordered this computer 2 weeks ago, I was super exited when it got delivered I went and picked it up. As soon as I got home and got done setting it up I tried to run GTA 5 in which my processor started to run at temps up to 95 degrees Celsius. So I shut the game down and just let it sit for a minute, I checked the temps again and my computer was just idol and it was running at 50* Celsius. I’m returning my pc and just building my own, Don’t but this computer it’s a total cookie cutter from the company.
