The Times I called I did not get any help with the problem except once that person spoke pretty good English but the rest of them didn't. MY computers in the shop now it's been there for a week and no one's calling or telling me anything I've called 2 times and they said they emailed them and they would call me no one has.

They provided me with a 888 number. The 888 help number said to return it. I returned this item and bought an HP OMEN - Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti - 1TB SSD - Jet Black today. The HP OMEN does not turn on. Frustrated.

Resat the RAM and the GPU. Reset the motherboard. Still no luck. Told to return it for a refund. Super bummed because this is a great deal and it's a hard time to get a PC. I wish there was some way to get it work.

However this one seemed to be defective. Opened COD and the CPU hit 100C. At idle it was 60C(Kinda knew there was a problem there) the CPU cooler provided was garbage. Windows was not activated as well. I returned it within a couple hours. Honestly this was my first experience and most likely my last. I wouldn’t trust this PC.

The side of the tower casing is not flush (one side of it is popped-out of place). It's very obvious and i noticed it within seconds of removing the packaging. I don't understand how a company could allow this product to get through QA in this condition. I would never recommend this brand to anyone.

I had recieved a refurbished PC at full price, I did not know the PC was refurbished. Every game I played kept crashing and files in the pc were already corrupted. I had to refund this PC as quickly as possible. Do not get this pc.

After a few calles and 3hr of waiting finally got up and running just for it run few hours and never turn back on!! Would not recommend buy this unless you want waste money and time on repairs!! Just go and build your own pc or find some that knows about it to help you!!

Turns out it wasnt even an rtx 2060 as advertised, but a really beat up gtx 1660. BestBuy refuses to do anything because its past the return date. Ibuypower wont answer their phone or email.

The graphics card just stopped working today (2/6) and it only had a return window until 1/27. This was an $1100 computer. We shouldn’t have these issues.
