This PC is a great purchase. Everything runs super smooth and seemless. It works as advertised, but I have issues with the build quality. First off, when I took it out of the box I noticed something was sliding around in the case and saw it was the Hard Drives. They weren't firmly in place so I had to make sure they were snug. Second the ram was installed in the wrong slots (noticed this because an error message popped up on the screen during start up. When I went to swap the ram to the right slots I noticed the fasteners were broken in one. I also noticed there was no foam in the case to protect anything. So.. beyond that everything runs perfectly smooth and I have never been happier. I am sure that these little issues will become mute the more I use the machine. One side note, the firmware for the MSI board came on a disc instead of being pre-installed which made me think.. thank god I have an external blu ray drive because I would have been screwed since there's no optical drive on this beast. Anyways, I'm happy with this computer over-all. I just think you guys could use some more quality control before you ship them. Consistency is the key to everything when your running a business.

Hey I bought this on best buy almost 2 years ago and its been working perfectly fine. It's great for running games with high fps and great quality. It also has a clean case design and cool rgb lighting.

Runs great, had it for 4 years and nothing is wrong with it. Just wanting to upgrade. Great pc

I've had this computer for almost a year now and I absolutely love it. It's been a powerhouse when it comes to gaming. I've had my games open, playing, listening to my favorite twitch streamers, along with open browser windows and I've have absolutely no problem with frames dropping or lagging. It's been really great and I would highly recommend this brand of prebuilt gaming computers. Do your research though and know what it is that you're looking for. If you're really looking for something that can do everything, in gaming, pay attention to the processor and the graphics card. Again, highly recommend.

purchased in 2021, was a great purchase for the time, ran everything I wanted it to and still does in 2024. Only thing I had to switch out was RAM in which I took out the original and added 2x 16 sticks which made everything better. Could use a better cooling system but would recommend for a beginner that wants to run call of duty, fortnite, rocket league, helldivers 2, etc...

It is soooo quiet!!! I love that!! The tower is so simple but pretty. I put music on and the fan lights go to the beat as well as change lights. I work from home and have to open many windows to get my work done. It opens so fast and allows me to jump from one program to another as well as open so many windows. Keyboard lights up and the mouse is really cool looking as well good in your hand. I am honestly very happy with this purchase.

I'm quite happy with this rig. Very clean, quite and quick. Love the RGB fan lights and features. Runs almost every game I've thrown at it with ease, and most are maxed out. Even Cyberpunk 2077 ran at med-high settings and DLSS (with near consistent 60 FPS) - which was surprising (as that game is still a hot mess with it's current optimization at the time of writing). Been a custom builder for years, and this is my first pre-built rig. Color me impressed. Heck of a bang for the buck.

This was my first computer and id say its a really good item for its price.Ive had it for about a week now and ive been running games with ease.The computer it self is clean and quietAlthough i do not know how to change the rgb on the computer,everything else is good quality.The keyboard and mouse is not the best for gaming but hey what can you say for basically free.

We purchased this computer for our son for Christmas and he loves it. We received it before the date we were expecting it, and we are very pleased with it, its very quiet and the lights looks super cool, and the best part is that, my son is able to get an average of 220 to 280 fps on Fortnite which he really appreciates. overall, a great computer for a great price.

Ordered this PC and had high hopes for what was to come, and my wishes were 100% granted, great quality, amazing graphics, looks awesome and is exactly what I wanted, all for the price of only $1,099!!! an RTX 2060 is an amazing graphics card and for this price its a steal! My son recently received this gaming PC as a gift and he loves it. It was very easy to set up. All of his games load fast and the graphics are phenomenal. These are some of the games he plays on it: warzone, fortnight, and farming simulator. I would highly recommend this PC and I will admit I'm slightly jealous that his computer is better than mine.

My product from iBUYPOWER was satisfactory and adequate to all of my needs. The system arriving in a pretty good condition after purchasing it from BestBuy for $1,100. The computer was packed in proper materials which I found great. The system ships with a membrane keyboard which was a bit disappointing, however it is a bonus to come included with a computer and I'm not upset about it. It comes with a high quality mouse, adequate to almost every person's needs. The computer itself has little to no bloatware on it and runs as expected for the specifications. My only complaints about the system are the RBG of the fan in the middle is just dead. Additionally, the windows software was extremely out of date and I had to spend 2 hours of updating the system and doing things such as installing drivers (the 2060 driver was from May 14th of 2020!). However, it's not too much to work on for someone that knows there way around technology like I do. The Bluetooth is also broken, I can't connect any devices to it and I'm yet to find the solution to it. Overall, I'd 100% recommend iBUYPOWER to anyone looking for a prebuilt. Even though I purchased this one, I will still say I recommend building it yourself. This is my secondary system, I built my main one. The computer I purchased has a tendency to go out of stock, so if you want it, buy it whenever you see it in stock!

Awesome PC for video games, homework and Renekton. I love League of Legends. Especially with my new PC. I can now see Renekton in 240 FPS thanks to this PC. My wave clear has never been easier, Great product I would recommend to anyone.
