Fraudulent Specs !

These computers are being shipped out with Only 1 8GB of RAM and NOT the listed GPU. Once contacted ibuypower customer service, they stated sorry we made an error in the specs. I returned this unit 3 times to only find the same issue with each computer. Stay Away!

It seems like the video port isn't working; I tried 2 different cables and 2 different monitors. Worst part: contacting Best Buy was a terrible experience. Geek Squad hanged up on me and whe I finnaly was able to talk to someone after spending hours trying they told me I had to take the desktop, 32" monitor and cables to the store. So far a terrible, terrible experience!!!!!!!
