Pretty good for smaller games. Tried to play Spider-man on it and the cutscenes were pretty bad. Good for a budget pc though.

CAUTION! These computers are being shipped out with Only 1 8GB of RAM and NOT the listed GPU. Once contacted ibuypower customer service, they stated sorry we made an error in the specs. I returned this unit 3 times to only find the same issue with each computer. Stay Away!

The GPU included is not as pictured, it has no cooler on it and is only the card itself which makes it prone to overheating.

Today it failed with all sorts of failures. I deeply regret purchasing this for my kid because now he doesnt have a gaming pc and i have to go look for another one.

This was my son’s big gift for Christmas. Highly disappointed when he got it all set up and all it did was light up. It never got a picture on the screen, just the tower kept doing its lights. Took it back and exchanged it out for a better option.

It's been 20 days since I bought this PC as a gift to my son and I'm still not able to make it work. It seems like the video port isn't working; I tried 2 different cables and 2 different monitors. Worst part: contacting Best Buy was a terrible experience. Geek Squad hanged up on me and whe I finnaly was able to talk to someone after spending hours trying they told me I had to take the desktop, 32" monitor and cables to the store. So far a terrible, terrible experience!!!!!!!

I hookded it and powered it on and updated it. I downloaded skyrim and tried to open the game for the first time and it crashed. Now the pc wont even power on. No lights, no sounds. Just nothing. $700 down the drain.

Finally got to use it for a couple hours before it stopped connecting to anything, then refusing to turn on. I didnt even get to use it for a day and now it doesnt even work?!

This pc is not good for gaming, I bought this pc and I think that was my biggest mistake.

Purchased and just went to set up and it doesn’t power on.

I received this PC as a Christmas I read a lot of the reviews and I decided this was the best starter PC for me. So far I love it!! Its quiet and fast with running games.

Solid pc on the cheaper end, especially if you’re not trying to build one. You could play most games on higher graphics. But like bigger games like cod, you’ll have to lower graphics.

Well i wanted to use the computer for a bit before writing a review but so far ive had good performance for what it cost i would start out with this and build up money to buy different specs

I bought the Ibuypower 5500 at Best Buy for around $767 after tax. I mainly use it to edit video which is over kill but it works for now. I haven’t tried to play games on it. The only issue I have come across is that sometimes the mouse cursor disappears and be come invisible. It’s probably a setting thing. So far it’s good. The fans are kind of loud as it has 5 fans. My microphone can capture the fan noise when recording.

Their pcs are amazing, got one with a ryzen 5 5500 and a radeon RX 6400 and it runs the games i wanted it too and if i ever want to upgrade the case is big enough! would recommend

this pc is great, i havent had any issues and i think its a good one for beginners!

I got a good prebuilt pc that runs strong and does everything I need and more. Couldn't be more happy.
