Probably the power supply unit. Too bad because it appeared to be a good build quality, was super quiet and my son loved it. Luckily was within the 30 day return period and Best Buy customer service was terrific.

I get maybe 20fps on newly released games. Ibuypower customer service made me run all kind of tests but didn’t know what was wrong with it.

Took it back and they stated it was a bad power supply so i had to get a refund. Waste of time and lost my entore game save.

Setup was fast and clean, no junk software installed, and it booted up right into Windows with zero issues. The 16GB DDR5 RGB RAM not only performs well but adds a nice visual flair. Games like Fortnite, Apex, and Warzone run smooth at high settings with solid frame rates, even with background tasks going. The 1TB NVMe SSD is a huge win for speed and space. Games load fast, and there’s plenty of room before needing a secondary drive. Fans run quiet under most loads, and temps stay in check even during longer gaming sessions. My only gripe is the stock case airflow. It's not bad, but if you plan to upgrade or push performance harder, you may want to add an extra fan or two. Also, cable management inside is just okay. Not a mess, but not great either. Overall, this is a solid midrange gaming rig that gives you strong value for the price. Perfect for 1080p and 1440p gaming right out of the box. Arrived the very next day after saying it would ship 6 days after, which was a shock and awesome. Great overall product. :fire:

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This gaming pc was given to me by a family member I went to a friend on what gaming brand I should go for and they said IBuyPower and I do not regret it one bit as it's a very good pc and easy to set up when you set it up the glass can be popped out so it's easy access and when you remove the bag and put the glass back all you have to do is connect it and done you got yourself a powerful and good pc for the price of 899 and cheaper if bought during a sale.
