glitching and freezing

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just recently, bought this coumputer 3 days ago since the price was good for the specs a few days later the pc starts to freeze and glitch causing apps to close by itself avoid this pc at all cost.
