It gives me the blue screen of death, randomly shuts down, and refuses to power up. Plus, I'm not even doing any hardcore gaming when it happens. Honestly I expected more from a brand new pc.

Defective. Was told to exchange it and got another one and love it

Worst pc experience

This pc was supposed to be ten times better but all it has is problems. From watching simple videos or doing anything my monitors will freeze all the time for a bit and then refresh it happens all day. Ive updated and installed all drivers even the audio drivers, but its annoying i have to manually connect to my earbuds almost everytime and even that takes some time to work

The first week the game was butter smooth but after a gpu update my game felt horrendous i m not talking about that temporary stuttering after a gpu update I used to game on a gaming laptop before so I know what i m saying. My fps was still high but the experience felt terrible so I just thought I was being too harsh. I recently was at my friends house and his pc is worse than mine and fortnite on his pc with 165 fps felt 10 times smoother than mine. turns out my low 1% and 0% are for some reason STUCK at 0. so idk if my machine has a faulty gpu or what because this gaming experience is terrible.

It's promised abilities are just hype. Is it good for games - yes. Is it good for anything else - no. Windows did not load right, and needed to be re-set. The AMD graphics driver is still causing a lot of headaches and the Geek Squad have not been able to fix it after 3 tries.
