Since then, I’ve experienced 19 kernel-related events that force the system to reboot. Each time, the screen completely freezes and then the PC restarts, increasing the crash count. Every crash appears to be memory-related. The RAM is rated at 5200 MHz and was set to that speed by default in the BIOS. I disabled the profile and ran it at the standard JEDEC 4800 MHz to troubleshoot, but it made no difference. At this point, the ongoing issues have been extremely frustrating and have seriously impacted my confidence in this purchase.

Cheapest MSI B650, WD Green SSD, no name power supply, no thank you. I understand the need to save money on these builds but most of these parts are borderline e-waste. By the time you factor in the quality of most the parts, its not worth it (for those who know better). Returned.

It was really annoying, I did exchange by the same one, did all the drivers upgrade and downgrade. And nothing worked

I upgraded from a I5 6600 and a 1070 to this and I have gone back to my old computer twice now due to the huge amount of issues I have had. Worst purchase I have made in a long time.

Took geek squad 2 weeks to diagnose, another week to ship to MFR. Received replacement 5 weeks after first dropping off to geek squad. When everything is working properly, computer is amazing and performs well. I was also charged more for sales tax, I bought original in Oceanside, CA and returned in Los Angeles county.

From the manufacturer the motherboards were changed to smaller after market chineese ones. Only reason we figured it out was grok. By looking up the pc parts. Also numerious tech difficulties but thats forseen when you dont get the right pc you pay for...
