This PC absolutely crushes anything I throw at it with my 1080p 144hz monitor. I was looking to build my own but with work and kids, I didn't have enough time to price and buy everything needed before RAMpocalypse so I bought this instead.

Computer works excellent and does very well for 4k and ray tracing. I upgraded from a 3070 laptop, so it’s a big change and glad I’m supporting AMD. Since I switched from a laptop , just remember you need to put your HDMI cord in the right spot haha you don’t want to run your monitor from the cpu instead of the gpu lol rookie mistake

Arrived in great condition, all parts of decent quality. The fans are a bit loud out of the box, but using proper fan control software to set fan curves quiets it down nicely. So far has handled everything I've thrown at it with ease.

Not much to say other than this thing is a beast of a machine at a great cost. This runs all current day games at 1080 at 120 FPS on maximum settings. I am sure this would handle 4K on most titles as well, however my monitor currently does not support 4K. The upscale capability does make the images crystal clear on current monitor. I have not personally found a game yet that this cannot handle. If you are looking for a great gaming PC I would highly recommend this product.

It works, no question about it. One month in and no issue with the computer itself. If it shots itself 4 months from now I’ll let y’all know. Giving it 4.5 out of 5 because it has windows 11 and that shiii is beyond

I got this PC at a great price for the specs, but it turned out to be a complete lemon. From day one it was slow, unstable, and constantly required troubleshooting. I’m very experienced with computers, and even I couldn’t figure out why it behaved so poorly. Best Buy only gives a 15‑day return window, so I contacted iBUYPOWER for warranty support. Their warranty only offers two options: 1.They mail you parts and you repair it yourself, or 2. You ship the entire PC to them and wait about a month for repairs. Since the issues were clearly hardware‑level, I asked for a full replacement of the same model. They refused, saying they only consider replacements for systems built in their own facility — not the units sold through Best Buy. They even told me these Best Buy models aren’t built by iBUYPOWER directly, just branded that way. The actual problem: The motherboard was defective. It kept detecting a second graphics card that didn’t exist, which confused the AMD drivers. Because of that, the system couldn’t use hardware acceleration at all — anything that relied on the GPU ran slowly, crashed, or became unusable. No amount of reinstalling drivers or updating Windows fixed it because the issue was baked into the hardware. Bottom line: If you buy a prebuilt from a retailer, make sure the warranty terms match your expectations. Some branded systems sold through stores aren’t actually built by the manufacturer, and that affects what support options you get. Unfortunately, this experience has taught me not to take this route for buying a computer in the future.

Plays all the newest games at the highest settings, quick load times, lots of storage. I did have to return it and get a replacement within 2 weeks of owning it due to a part malfunctioning but other than that it’s been well worth the money

Previous PC was a slate series from 2017. Upgrading to modern spec, I chose this PC as I've had 0 issues with iBUYPOWER in the past. So far, so good! I can run games like Apex, LoL, CS2, Marval Rivals all at 300+ fps at high settings. Productivity tasks, of course, all run smoothly as well. I can run large Ableton 12 projects without any lag.

Powerful PC for a good price. Its a bit bigger than I like, but Im sacraficing space for performance. Its nice to be able to play all my titles at max settings without so much as a hiccup. Unit did need a BIOS update to fix some GPU issues but it was easy to do.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for myself and to give my older pc to my nephew for his Christmas as well. Didn't take but a few days for it to arrive, and the setup was easy. This computer is a monster and runs everything perfectly. I recommend this for aure

I've had this PC for a bit now after replacing my older PC that I built years ago and I while I like the performance this puts out, it crashes quite a bit and from what I've found it seems to be something in the 9700 xt software that causes it, I've searched for months for an answer or a fix but have come up shot I've done a clean install of the drivers several times over now and it still does the same thing it will stutter then the graphics drivers corrupt and I have to go through and remove and reinstall them. Whole that's not necessarily IBUYPOWER's fault I feel like the xt should be swapped for just a normal 9700 at this point and with the issues I've been having I wish I had just kept my old system

saw a good deal for black friday, love the computer, its my first top of the line gaming computer and one of the first I didnt by myself. It did come with a steel legend 9070xt which is not what was shown in the pictures but it works the same.

This computer is insane good for the price! I game on this computer and the graphics are amazing, it’s super quiet and most importantly so easy to use! Thanks Best Buy for this great deal on this PC!

A great gaming pc for a decent price. I am using it as a 4k gaming machine. Currently it runs most games at high settings with 60+ fps. Its well built and gets decent temperatures underload.

This thing is an absolute monster of a PC at a great price! I was happy I got a model with an ASUS B650 WIFI motherboard it it. Running epic settings on Arc Raiders getting 250-300fps @ 1080. Roughly 200fps at 1440p.

Arrived promptly, everything worked straight out-of-the-box with no adjustments or alterations needed, and the peripherals connected with only a single drive update to make it all mesh together perfectly.

Runs all the games at highest settings. Wish they put some of the USB ports on the front of the pc. All of them are on top which is a bit harder to access under my desk.

Very good pc is very good my gpu fans don’t spin though so it over heats often and shuts down but over all it’s a pc

This is my first gaming pc, haven't had many issues, few bugs here and there but I think that's normal. This build is high performance and can handle max graphics on any game I've played. The mouse is simple and will get you playing, the keyboard is of nice quality. So far so good.

Bought this PC before rising parts cost really hit the pre-built market, and I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Tried to install SteamOS on it but kept getting hung up. Went with Bazzite instead (it’s just as good) and this thing has been running any game I’ve thrown at it without issue. Left a small partition as windows but haven’t gone back since. Won’t need to upgrade for a while as this build checked every box I had. I’ve already seen the price go up since I bought this, so the timing couldn’t have been better.
