Beast of a Gaming PC

Really solid gaming PC. For the price you can't go wrong with the specs that this PC comes with. I can run pretty much any modern title on Ultra settings at a buttery 165 fps. Would highly recommend. Really easy to set up as well, if that is a concern.

1. This PC comes with 5200mt/s DDR5 RAM. 6000mt/s DDR5 RAM is far more ideal for the 9800x3d so I'd upgrade asap.
2. The PC also comes with a 750W power supply as other reviews have said. Plenty for the system, but keep that in mind if you want to upgrade the GPU a few years down the line, since it might not be enough for the highest end GPUs.
Other than that, you're getting one of the best CPU/GPU pairs you can get at this budget in 2025/2026. The prebuilt is very well built and came packaged well.

This PC is a MONSTER. I would have given it 5 stars. But as in other reviews some users got a black screen after a couple of sessions of gaming. I knew this going into the purchase.
It happened to me as well. So, I took it back to Best Buy and got a bigger PSU. Had another issue again with black screen or freezing.
Next, I reinstalled graphics drivers to a newer and optional version. It seems to be holding up fine at this time. I purchased this PC back in August and I am pleased. Of course, except the black screen issue but I hope I have it under control now.
I wish iBUYPOWER would install the bigger PSU from the get-go.

So far the pc has been absolutely solid. I play on 1440p and I haven’t had an issue yet on high/ultra settings for multiple games. The AMD software has been easy to use and understand, maiming tuning or just monitoring performance simple.
So far my only complaint is the lack of GPU support bracket. The RX9070 XT still isn’t a small GPU and should absolute have something to help keep from any sag and issues that could come from that in time.
Packaging was top notch, and everything was installed and connected as it should be.

I bought this upgrding from a asus laptop with and i7 and a 4060, the difference is night and day between the two as thing thing runs my games smoothly at good frame rates. I did upgrade my aio for asthetic purposes and it preforms better than the included aio.Power supply is sufficient enought in its current state but not very future proof for stronger gpu’s, overall i would give it 4.5 /5 stars and would recommend this computer.

BEAST PREBUILT

Buy it if you want a very strong prebuilt gaming PC right now, don’t want to build from scratch, and accept the usual trade-offs of prebuilt (slightly higher cost, less optimal parts in places).
Be cautious if you plan major upgrades later, want absolute best component set (might want faster RAM, higher PSU), or want to minimize cost as much as possible.
I’d rate it around 8.5/10 for its value in the current market: excellent specs, very good for gaming, some minor compromises.

When i bought this pc it stated it had a 850w psu, turns out like orhers have stated, it has a 750w psu. Best Buy clearly went in and edited the spec sheet to now show 750w psu. But i have screen shots showing when i bought this pc 2 weeks ago, it stated it had an 850w psu. Called Best Buy and they said best they could do is 10% off on my next purchase lol.

Hello there! We apologize for the confusion here. We recognize there was an error made in this product listing initially and that the PSU was intended as a 750 Watt, not an 850 Watt. However, a 750-Watt power supply is sufficient for this desktop and its PC components.
If you're ever experiencing PC issues relating to the power supply (or in general), please reach out to manufacturer support and they will assist quickly. https://www.ibuypower.com/support/contact-us

Specs say it has an 850 watt psu. Found out after it crashed at least twice a day that they only put a 750 watt psu in

This is the second iBUYPOWER prebuilt that I've purchased. The 9800X3D paired with the 9070 XT has been great at 1440p widescreen gaming. I thought my 2080 Ti was still competitive, but I couldn't be happier after finally upgrading. Another huge bonus is how much cooler this runs compared to older hardware. It's a difference you can feel in the room when gaming.
I can't tell why previous reviews complained about the PSU when 750 is enough. While I think this would be rather easy to upgrade in the future, I don't recommend a prebuilt to anyone if that's their main concern. I prefer prebuilt because you plug it in, turn it on, download your programs, and go. If there are any issues early on, then you simply return it. There's also a warranty, but I've never had an issue with my first purchase which is still setup, and this has been great so far too.
I've seen it go on sale at least three times now. Managed to grab it at $1750, but I think the first two reviews being low might have played a role in that lol. It's been marked down to $1800 twice. At the right price it's very hard to beat.

Price wise the pc is great. Upgraded from a 3070 and an i9. Seen complaints regarding the PSU which may need upgraded if you’re over clocking or running above 1440. As someone who just plays in 1080p and prioritizes frames it’s fantastic the integrated graphics in the CPU is awesome cause you can prioritize other task to utilize this and the GPU to run the more graphic intensive task.
Pros -
For a prebuilt solid performance great CPU/GPU pair
Got it on sale for the price it was good
Cons - one m.2 slot GPU is blocking the other
If planning on upgrading PSU upgrade would likely be needed
