Got this to go with the monitor and it’s definitely an upgrade than what my little brother used before. Very pleased

Bought**** three times (returned twice) the components are amazing inside and they work amazing. The IBuyPower parts, aside from the AIO, are cheap (case and case fans) though. You have to make up for the amazing price somewhere I guess. First time I returned the PC because the motherboard was very misaligned with AIO shield and the exchange went well. That was until the freaking geek squad DROPPED my brand new replacement in front my face. I got a third one and guess what. The motherboard was still misaligned smh. I ended up swapping cases and fans and keeping the AIO cooler as the only IBuyPower part in my new case. Third times the charm! At least they don’t mess around with gpu and cpu. Amazing for the price. Even DDR5 RAM, though below 6000. If you are an average gamer that want pretty good specs, this PC is awesome

I am able to play crimson desert on max settings at 80 fps haven’t come across any games where the pc couldn’t handle it looks to be ready for the future as well.

Bought as a gift for my Grandson and he loves it. He was planning to buy the parts separately and build a PC himself but with prices as they are he decided to go prebuilt. This PC had parts that were on par or better than what he initially wanted and for a price that made everyone happy.

I bought this in February and I swear I have not turned my Xbox on since then. This thing is a beast!

Buy it if you want a very strong prebuilt gaming PC right now, don’t want to build from scratch, and accept the usual trade-offs of prebuilt (slightly higher cost, less optimal parts in places). Be cautious if you plan major upgrades later, want absolute best component set (might want faster RAM, higher PSU), or want to minimize cost as much as possible. I’d rate it around 8.5/10 for its value in the current market: excellent specs, very good for gaming, some minor compromises.

They were great. They didn't have the item i wanted when i got to store but they found me a better one for same $$$$ or less. They were very helpful and informative.

The PSU is 750W gold it’s good until you can get a better quality one not bad at all. The rest of the build is just amazing AIO really runs like a high quality one. The price is super worth it. Runs most games 4k 100+ FPS huge 1440p monster up to 200+

If it was 32 would be great but its super great and fast

Had it for about a week been running great and it’s my first pc. Easy setup great value from what I’m told.

Although some subpar materials are used (PSU, RAM etc.) to cut down on costs, the PC was a great deal when I bought it (saved $400+ compared to building it myself). Unfortunately, the GPU failed on me within two weeks of purchase. BestBuy deemed it faulty and replaced it - but the replacement would take 1+ week to arrive. Being without your primary workstation for over a week is painful, and so is carrying a bulky PC to and from the store multiple times. I still grudgingly accepted it, asked for some compensation, was offered $50. I politely declined. When I picked up the new package, I noticed the box to be heavily damaged. Worse, part of the box was actually open (!!) when I carried it to my car. Complaining to BestBuy yielded no results - they just offered another replacement, but I knew that'll take over a week. I, again, grudgingly accepted it, fearful of further problems. In a few months, the PC has died again in the middle of a session. I am not tech illiterate and just forgot to plug in the HDMI properly - I changed the PSU, reseated the RAM, tried flashing the BIOS, did a CMOS/capacitor flush, and every other tech support steps you can think of, but the PC will NOT boot. Screen is just black. Complained to BestBuy, and they just referred me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer asked me to ship it at my own risk and cost for RMA. Look, I am not worried that the PC would not be fixed. It probably will be after the RMA. But I am not confident that the fix will be long lasting - I don't know if I am getting a draw of the luck, or the product is genuinely bad, but I clearly had a terrible experience. I am also not satisfied with the insane amount of back and forth, troubleshooting, and hassle I had to go through with this overall for the last 4 months. I am not affluent by any means, but I wish I paid $400 extra and built the PC entirely by myself. This is my fourth bad experience with BestBuy in a row - after a wrong product sent and a laptop dead on arrival. As pattern would say - maybe the problem is me. But how could it be? Buyers, beware.

This pc has awesome specs, what amazed me more was the spacious chassis. I was able to upgrade the GPU easily also the airflow in the case is superb, no overheating over here!

For the price its a very solid option, ive had no trouble with mine for a few months now id definitely under volt the cpu and gpu and adjust fan curves to help with heat, it does tend to run on the warmer side out the box

Rgbs don’t work correctly but overall impressed with this pc
