    The product description shows that the device has 2 3.5" internal bays and 1 2.5" internal bay. The device I received was actually the opposite. When I reached out to the manufacturer, they said that they changed the case style last fall. This rating would be a lot higher, but the 2 internal bays for 3.5" drives is specifically why I purchased this product. Overall a good product, especially if they update the product listing on the Best Buy site.

    So far so good! The family lives it. Kids use it gor gaming and adults use it more for every day stuff. Overall, great bang for my buck. I only am putting 4 stars right now because I've only had it a little less than a month.

    Great pc, noticed some issues. Like when playing a game it would start to lag when the frames were 250 down to 80 on occasion. I wasnt expecting it to have a issue like that

    Recently upgraded and wasn’t sure what needed to be added or set up, but it was super easy, just take it out of the box and turn it on, super easy to use and has a great start up time
