For the price I think it is a nice deal. Because components are good

First gaming PC. Happy with the purchase. It has no issue keeping up for any game. Rendering speed for video editing sometimes faulters.

Great computer would recommend due to how expensive building a pc is nowadays.

Of course IBuypower is always great. Built very well, lightening took out my PC and it was under warranty and they repaired it all

I am not fan of games but I got the iBUYPOWER-Slate Gaming Desktop PC because the Core Ultra 7 and the 2TB. That is enough for working. I don't like the COMPUTER'S NAME. iT'S NAME is NVIDIA. Those names are horrible!

Not a good experience. I purchased this PC in person at Bestbuy store. Order was shipped to my home. Cannot return to store but only through ibuypower. The exhaust was not working. Ibuypower is not opened on weekends. I jad to troubleshoot on my own to find the plugin prong was bent. I then realized a few days later I have only 1TB not 2TB SSD. To add the bundle shows all white PC and Keyboard/Mouse. I received white PC with a black keyboard and mouse. Seems to be False advertising. As far as the PC I like it but feel very annoyed that I've been scammed. Just research and build what you want.

I love it. It's a real game monster. With its processor, the machine provides smooth FPS in games.

This is the 2nd order for this item. The first item was deffective and had to be exchanged. So far this item is working ok.

Enjoy the pc but it came with a faulty Bluetooth that will many times not even be available to turn on or off and won’t connect anything. I’ve been trying to get it repaired or replaced but I got the run around telling me it’s ibuypowers concern even though I have the 2 year protection plan. How much effort I have to put in to get something less than a year old fixed is pretty aggravating l.

Disappointed I went with a new tower and it didn't work when I got home. The buying process and returning was somewhat easy. There was confusion between departments and customer service made it feel like it was my fault. Unfortunately, I ended up going home and ordering what I wanted online and had a much better experience without dealing with anyone

Didn’t work reseated battery, ram, gpu, all of it never seemed to wanna boot.

Don't know if I got the two duds in the store. First one had to return because after force restarting it after it wouldnt on its own, it died and wouldnt come back. And second, works sometimes but can only do one task at a time, if that. Can no longer return, so stuck with expensive junk. Couldnt afford insurance on it, and live an hour from my closest Best Buy so getting a repair is going to be a waste of money and time.

Crashed every time I turned it on. This would happen multiple times in a row before it would actually stay on. Brought it back to the store to get it exchanged and ibuypower told me it was a hardware issue. Kept getting error code Stop code: UNEXPECTED KERNEL MODE TRAP (0x7F)

Well bought this computer and it lasted 2 weeks then died would not boot out of splash screen.

Computer worked fine for 3 weeks. Then would only start up to the ASRock page showing this logo only.
