Setup was a little confusing seeing as the desktops don't come with instructions for the exact product and we couldn't figure out how to get into the PC to remove the foam (turns out you can just pop off the side--there were no screws or anything) for a little while, but we were quite pleased with the computer once we got it up and running. It's beautiful, quiet, and runs all the games we have. Plus, there's room for upgrading storage and increasing the graphics card when necessary.

This gaming PC handles anything you throw at it. Maximum graphics settings and it doesn't skip a beat. Very satisfied and so far, it has exceeded my expectations.

An amazing pc at an amazing price! Lots of great stuff in here, got it for my husband for Christmas. He got it early since he needed a new PC, it plays all games it needs to smoothly and very well. It's delivering the power and stability I need looks good on a standard 1080p monitor but looks awesome on my 4k tv

My first PC my setup isn’t to crazy but it’s very solid i run multiple applications at once i run some big games and got two monitors hooked up and sometimes keep it running for day got it november of 2024 and for my first pc it’s amazing i really recommend this one for a starter i plan on keeping this one still the wheels fall off!!

Great pc, held up so far, reliable. All i added was extra storage, but that was personal preference. Great pick ! Not loud either.

I was going to build my PC, but at the time of posting 5/2025, this was just the best option at the moment, and it was actually available! I added a 2tb SSD as well already, so upgrading in the future is very simple of course. I haven't had any issues yet, and have been enjoying this hardware.

Love the new pc upgrading from a gamer lab top and it’s like a whole different world with this pc no more shut downs and just the over all quality is grate

runs everything i need and want to, the keyboard it came with is super nice to type on, but i switched the mouse for corsair m65. def need a 144hz monitor to really see the power of the tower

We were not sure if this computer would work for us, but we game and stream on it, without flaw. When we first started we had a lot of issues streaming but come to find out, none of it was the computer's fault, it was internet and twitch settings.

Had this pc for about a month almost 2 and omg its run amazingly, ive played top rated AAA Games with highest graphics settings and everything runs so beautifully, i can download so much on this pc still run my music softwares and big software downloads and still has so much storage, this is prolly the best pc i ever had and would completely recommend for anyone as a first time pc or upgrade 100%

I wanted to get back into gaming to escape this insane reality we are experiencing in 2025. I decided to call for support because I played world of warcraft back in 2004 on a carboard box. There are so many options these days I felt lost afraid and alone. I called and talked to an amazing specialist who helped me pick out the right pc for the games I wanted to play. She helped me pick a great one with enough specs for the future. Yes you can get cheaper ones but I am a boogie kind of gal, I like things to be nice and prepared for the future. This pc came and was super easy to set up and get games I desired. It has opened up a whole world of fun. Its beautiful, quick and easy to start-up, run and doesn't lag whatsoever. I feel spoiled. I love it so much.
