I bought 2 of these for the family! They work great and my kids love the way they look. The key board it comes with is metal and very heavy duty with all of the lights on it and the mouse.

This is a fast gaming machine. The only thing that I am not fond of is the lack of ability to input older programs from CD-Roms since there is no installed drive. I would only recommend this system to someone looking for a gaming-specific machine.

This PC is quick. Ready to get installed and running. Son has made no complaints about using it. He only wanted a gaming computer and this is a nice one for his first one.

To be completely honest, I am very surprised that Best Buy sells this brand! My son's monitor started to go dim, I returned the monitor after 20 months (I bought it when I bought the tower) it was an awesome monitor. The monitor I replaced it with was the same price but was not as nice as the other one was on sale and offered higher graphics. I had to purchase a new warranty for that monitor as it was outside of the store return window. Within a few days that monitor also started to go dark. We decided to exchange his tower to see if that could be the issue. Exchanged it straight across for the same model and again purchased a new warranty. Got home set everything up and within 2 days the fans stopped running, then the lights started to flicker inside the tower, and just shut off! We head back to Best Buy for the fourth time and THANKFULLY there was an honest employee there off the clock. He gave me a rundown of the different towers and asked my son what games he plays, and some other computer lingo that i couldn't understand. He sold us on a cyberpower. When the employee on duty came to help us she asked what he originally had, the off duty employee responded "the one that gets returned the most!" She made a face like "go figure." I don't understand how it has such good reviews when we had 2 in a row just completely break down. I wasn't able to afford to buy the original monitor which is a huge bummer. I should have just taken back the tower/desktop to begin with and saved money on TWO warranties! The new tower brand has been running great btw. If you purchase this desktop, I would suggest buying the longest warranty you can afford.

amazing for the price, the only thing you need is storage upgrade when yhe time is right for you the wore management is amazing and you cant complain for the price this thing is crazy

This pc works really well, the performance of it while playing games was wonderful.

Purchase for my 19 year old son who is a college student who loves to play video games and make you tube videos. He mostly uses it to complete homework assignments. He loves his computer.

This PC is such an easy set up. From unboxing to plugging in to choosing your light colors. Everything is so amazing! I would recommend this PC for anyone eager to get in gaming!

This is my first PC ever had it for two days so far and loved it will write another review in about a mouth once a get faster wifi and able to play more games so far so good recommend if this is your first pc!
