I can't even remove it from the Pc tower because the screw is stripped into the computer. I've tried to load up Fortnite, Marvel Rivals, EVEN VALROANT! My graphics card fails every time. Support said they would help, cant even remove the graphics card to get help with it so look somewhere else.

No Windows key was included in the documentation and when I tried to retrieve the key using the CMD prompt, Windows tells me that it is not a valid Windows key. Luckily, I am within the return window, otherwise I would have to buy Windows 11 to use the computer. Very disappointed in Ibuypower.
