    Good rig, but the motherboard, ram, and gpu went bad after 10 months (all at the same time) Plz get warranty, guys

    Better buy a spare keyboard

    Keyboard seemed to have been used before, I have contacted iBuypower for an RMA but have had no response. Only half of the keyboard would type, left side typed ok, right side no key detected.

    Purchased this last night and returned it next day. The fans are too loud. Tried adjusting the bios setting but did not help much.

    AVOID this company, iBuypower. PC failed in less than 6 months, difficult warranty claim process, SLOW warranty claim process, and misrepresentation of the warranty process by NOT honoring the warranty as legally stated. They gave me options, one of which was parts swap including a return label for shipping. I have an email showing that a return label would be provided. They are making me eat the cost. Misrepresentation, shading practices.

    This was not a good purchase. Installing Windows was unnecessarily convoluted. The fans are obnoxiously loud. None of my peripherals work this PC. I regret spending $1000+ on this system and will never purchase another iBUYPOWER desktop again.

    Not the pc I wanted , it really bright, and I have no ideal how to turn off the rgb

    Went thru 3 tech support people trying to get this to work right. It would download programs but would not install them. Also the fans were really loud.

    This was the first computer I ever bought on my own and it shows. Ever since I bought this computer, I’ve had nothing but issues and I could not recommend it less to anybody trying to get into computer gaming for the first time. It ran fine the first two months And then after that, it has been nothing but needing a fresh installation of windows and sending it back to the manufacturer for them to send it back and it still be completely unusable. I recommend buying from any other manufacturer, but I buy power has completely lost any business from me in the future

    Just received the computer yesterday and its not been working. trying to contact the support team but on call they say they are closed whereas its 9:50 AM in the morning.

    Pretty good product but the glass case is cracked. Probably not a very common situation though.

      Hey there! Our cases use tempered glass panels so cracks are very uncommon. On that rare occasion of shipping damage leading to a glass crack, you're covered by the manufacturer warranty! Reach out to iBUYPOWER Tech Support and they'll set you up with a replacement.

    Worst experience ever. I bought a super expensive desktop from them and it started to crash from day 01. I was supposed to receive service about the desktop but after wasting 2 days time they refuse to serve. Now I am walking with the wasted PC. Horrible experience with the service manager Dillen too. He was the one to refuse me service even though the desktop was trash from day 01.

    Less than 1 month off of warranty (bought in Feb 2025) and then wont turn on. Called Best Buy and they won’t support.

    Dead power supply just after the 1 year warranty

    The power supply died just after the one year warranty. If I’m spending $1300 for a computer, I expect the main components to at least last a while.

    keyboard would not work properly. Had to hold keys 2-3 seconds before register. Thought their support could fix. Wrong! Their arrogance was the reason for its return.

    Blue screen on a new computer out of the box

    My son was extremely happy when setting up this computer. During setup we noticed it was taking longer and had to restart. After getting everything situated and powering the unit down for the night the next day more issues occurred. Got the blue screen which we powered down again and then the computer seems to work. Then again the screen off death happens again so I returned the computer and decided to stay away from this brand.

    I never tried it, it never arrived, FedEx's service was horrible, and when they changed it to pickup, I waited 3 weeks to go pick it up and in the end they didn't have the product at Best Buy in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

    It's been 23 days and it's dead. Won't boot . RGB lights come on. Keyboard lights , mouse light and display won't register. Computer just cycles after 20 secs of being on and then turns off. I'm technically past the 15 day return policy. I will be attempting to exchange it tomorrow . Absolutely unacceptable for the amount of money spent. $1,264.
