Always had good experience with IBUYPOWER Custom build PC

Great PC and was super easy to purchase and pick up!

Very easy to unbox and set up and this was my first pc.

I purchased my slate 8 mesh in January of 2025. In May 2025 the power supply quit. When the power button is pressed, there is a soft click noise, and the RAM rgb lights come on, but nothing else happens. My option is either to send the whole unit back to iBuyPower or replace the power supply. Update: I've replaced the power supply and the computer is running again. It sucks that I had to spend the money, but it's better than sending the whole thing away for who-knows-how-many weeks.

Games load quicker now. But sound and Bluetooth periodically drop.

Have had this PC for little less than a year and it has been nothing but problematic. RAM was bad and had to be replaced, now the PC is dead and will not start. Bought both an intel version (for my oldest son) and an AMD version for myself. Manufacturer support is poor - they don't want to deal with known bad PC issues. I am in IT and have never had PCs with such problems since purchase with both PCs - I will not buy from this manufacturer again.

Very much unsatisfied . Whatever game my son is playing it laggs. Very inconvenient. This was my son’s Christmas gift and he is not happy with it. We are going to exchange it hopefully the new one doesn’t do this to us!

I'll post a review after I can actually get this thing running. I just picked it up yesterday and upon opening it all up, I have not seen any power cable that plugs into the Power Supply. I double checked the box which it came and even looked inside the chassis (both panels) and didn't find one. Was it suppose to be included? The only power cable I have is for the monitor which I purchased separately, obviously.

It started out great. I loved my new pc, I paid 1250 for it and it was an upgrade over my old pc from 4 years ago. It only came with 4060 which is less then my 3070ti I have in old pc. But it came with better cpu and looked better built then one I have from nzxt. But on day 7 I get on it to play, it freezes. I turn it off and then it just turns on and off over and over again. No way a pc only 7 days old should do that. My four year old pc still works and never had an issue. So I took it back and went with omen instead

It was great for 4 months, then it started making a beeping noise. Had to call the manufacturer to get it fixed...still waiting on that process.

I only had it for 3 months ita a great pc for tje price but i have had problems constamtly in the 3 months and it currently wont let me onto the mext screen because tje case is still open. The fans arent spinning anymore for wtv reason

Get the pc box is damaged due to shipping…. then start setting up the pc. turns out only the cpu fan works… download their software for rgb control doesnt detect any of them. after decide to go into bios and NONE of the fans are detected. Will make sure to never buy from i buy power again

I have purchased many pre-built PCs and laptops over the years and this was the worse experience ever. Seeing that Best Buy has been carrying this brand for a while...I figured it has to be a reputable company despite not being one of the big boys like HP, Dell, Alienware, Asus, etc. After spending hours (nearly all day tbh) installing Windows updates, video editing software and several other programs and then configuring everything...I left the PC on and went to the gym. When I came home...the PC was not running but I noticed the blinking power button on top and assumed that it went into sleep mode. So, I moved the mouse to try and wake it up but nothing! I held down the power button to force it to fully shut down which it did. Then, hit the power button again to boot it back up and all it did was start flashing the RGB lights in a glitching type of pattern but would not boot back up into Windows. Ok...I've seen this before and the solution often is to remove all connected USB devices, except the keyboard and mouse. Once I did that...it appeared to be booting up but nope...would not load Windows. I then thought something may be loose inside the machine, so I powered it off again and took the side glass cover off and checked for any loose wires, etc. I didn't see anything loose or disconnected, so I put the side back on and then hit the power button again and this time...it booted up to the Windows login. But I wanted to make sure it was good to go, to instead of logging into Windows...I clicked on the power off button on the Windows login screen (not the physical power button on the PC). Well, my monitor turned off but the PC would not shut down! I tried forcing a shut down again by holding the power button down but now...it would not shut down at all! I had to go behind the PC where on the bottom is the main power switch which I had to flip to finally turn it off! At that point, since I literally just purchased the PC one day ago, packed this piece of crap up and back to Best Buy it went! Will NEVER consider purchasing this brand again and will stick to my own custom built PC or if pre-built...a well-known and reputable brand. Sorry iBuyPower...I gave you a shot and you blew it!

computer keep freezing and bsod, come with 5 fan, only 1 work ( all cable were checked ), even watching youtube or whatever it freezing in 1 hours, it happen on day 1 i got it

the item shipped quickly and came undamaged. It works well and looks really cool

I have had nothing but issues with this PC. First iTunes would not work correctly. I had to get Microsoft to reinstall windows - so I received a PC that didn't even work correctly.

I cannot connect my headphones by Bluetooth how i can fix it?

PC kept crashing first day. It was my son’s only Christmas gift this year. I waited on hold with tech support for 1.5 hrs. Advised the RAM is probably bad. Will be returning the product to the store. I am very disappointed and nervous about repurchasing this product.

Its not to bad the door had a chip but not that bad of a deal braker great for the price
