This is my first actual PC and it has been amazing so far, i personally want a big fan of the storage size but that was no problem because i added an additional SSD card. 100% would recommend for the price it is.

Quite a decent price for a prebuilt system with i7-14700F, RTX4060, and 32gb ddr5. Plus it has a decent semi-passive cpu cooler, avoiding the liquid coolers that typically develop issues after a year or two.

I got this computer for my son and he really enjoys playing on it daily. For the price, I was surprised i would get a computer with good specifications like this one. Overall, I highly suggest anyone to buy this as a great mid-range gaming computer!

Bought my Ibuypower pc 2 weeks ago and I have no complaints it stays cool and runs every game 200+ fps with no stuttering

It’s ok for most things in the beginning I had a lot of issues, took forever to boot up, took forever to shutdown, apps wouldn’t react to being clicked on, I have had to hold the power button for it to work, other wise it would stay in “loading” screens whether that was to boot up, shut down, clicked to go into the internet, video games, once it actually allows you to Do stuff it’s pretty solid, fans are loud

I was going to build my PC, but at the time of posting 5/2025, this was just the best option at the moment, and it was actually available! I added a 2tb SSD as well already, so upgrading in the future is very simple of course. I haven't had any issues yet, and have been enjoying this hardware.

I purchased the iBUYPOWER Slate 8 MESH Gaming Desktop with high expectations given its premium specifications and price point. Unfortunately, my experience with this system has been disappointing from the very beginning. ### Sound Issues and Misdiagnosis Shortly after my purchase, I encountered significant sound output issues. Despite buying high-quality speakers to solve the problem, the root cause turned out to be a misconfigured output setting, which required a trip back to Best Buy. While the issue was resolved, it was frustrating to deal with something that felt avoidable on a brand-new machine. ### Performance Problems The performance of this PC has been a consistent letdown. Apps open sluggishly, and basic tasks like web browsing feel slow, which is unacceptable for a system with these specifications. Frequent restarts are necessary just to regain some semblance of functionality, which severely hampers productivity and enjoyment. ### Shutdown & Support Challenges Another issue is with Windows 11’s shutdown process. Instead of powering off, the system restarts, a persistent and frustrating problem that has also required professional attention. However, support has been less than ideal. Best Buy’s policy to charge for remote support unless you’re a member is disheartening, especially since these issues are clearly warranty-related. The time and effort required to repeatedly visit the store for assistance are excessive and detract from the overall experience. ### Buyer Beware For a desktop PC at this price, I expected much more reliability and a smoother user experience. While the specifications are impressive on paper, my experience has been plagued with issues from sound settings to performance and support hurdles. Potential buyers should be aware of these concerns and consider alternatives, especially if post-purchase support is important to you. While the hardware has potential, the unresolved software and support issues overshadow any positives. I cannot recommend this product in its current state.

Very good for gaming at a higher level for the price, recommend this to your kid who does simple gaming needs storage if wanting more than 3bug naw games

Runs every game smooth on max settings with no problem

Great PC with no complaints. Works great out of the box. nothing needed but a monitor.

Just bought this from Best Buy at a great deal. Set up was super fast and easy. This PC looks pretty cool too!

Pros- budget computer CONS -huge size, noisy fans, inside the case 30% space occupied by components , remaining 70% space is empty that looks weird.

I’m a month in and mine has been operating perfectly fine. It handles everything i want to play.

The computer itself is nice and does exactly what it needs to do for decent performance gaming. That being said, it’s only when it functions properly. I’ve only had this item for about 2-3 weeks and this past week it has had a issue where the computer randomly restarts. From research, it seems they use poorly built parts that are cheap and that it’s a PSU issue. I hope to get this resolved soon. I updated all the drivers but I am waiting for it to happen one more time before I send it back for repair.

New to pc talked to store employees and gave good advice on buying this pc . Every game on the market runs great on this pc I’m very happy with this purchase.
