Nice but...

We like the looks and it works quite well. But, the first one came with a nonfunctional hard drive. Reordered and returned first one. Just set up second one and two fans don't work! What ever happened to QA before packaging an item? My grandson wants to try again so I'll order for a third time. Will the third time be a charm? Two stars is generous after all the trouble I'm going through.

Think 5 times before you buy a PC at BestBuy.

The PC thinks he has AMD Radeon software and if fact it doesn’t, it has NVidia. BestBuy’s support forwarded me to the producer, he forwarded me to Microsoft, they sent me back to the producer. Overall impression - BestBuy just cares to sell and then get lost in online services etc, not providing the real help needed. I’ll never shop for PCs at BestBuy again.

I Ordered this online and was shipped a used one with a bad graphics card. I Did an exchange and realized the first pc I had was a used pc/refurbished. CHECK THE GRAPHICS CARD.
