Honestly it’s a good starter computer but it has a few things the fans are loud when loading up a game and had to add more ram to run some games but overall great computer

Was fortunate to get this on sale. Very easy to set up—my 14 year old granddaughter completed it herself. She loves the graphics on it and said it’s just spectacular!

I bought this for my grandson twice and now I'm looking at bringing it back a second time. We like the looks and it works quite well. But, the first one came with a nonfunctional hard drive. Reordered and returned first one. Just set up second one and two fans don't work! What ever happened to QA before packaging an item? My grandson wants to try again so I'll order for a third time. Will the third time be a charm? Two stars is generous after all the trouble I'm going through.

I think it works very well for the beginner whether you just want to game or stream along side it. I think it works well and suits my streaming lifestyle

BUY THIS IN STORE. I Ordered this online and was shipped a used one with a bad graphics card. I Did an exchange and realized the first pc I had was a used pc/refurbished. CHECK THE GRAPHICS CARD.

Let me begin with the staff at the Sherman Best Buy. Excellent. Very helpful with no garbage and no hoops to jump with. They are the only reasons why I am still willing to look at computers through Best Buy. Now, onto why I am giving this product 2 stars. I had ordered this product through the Best Buy website. I saw the good reviews and happy customers. When I got the computer, I had set it up and began the process to install my software. I had set it up to continue installing my Adobe programs while I went to work. After work, about four hours, I came home and found the computer powered off. I tried turning it back on. Didn't work. I reset the power supply and it still didn't work. I returned the computer the next day. I did some more research and I found reviews on the website "Newegg" that this product line has a faulty power supply. I do expect Best Buy to have quality, working products. Especially when I am paying $1,000. I should not have to purchase an additional power supply to make a product work. Ignoring the power supply, the product did seem to run well. Smooth operation and easy setup.
