Let me begin with the staff at the Sherman Best Buy. Excellent. Very helpful with no garbage and no hoops to jump with. They are the only reasons why I am still willing to look at computers through Best Buy. Now, onto why I am giving this product 2 stars. I had ordered this product through the Best Buy website. I saw the good reviews and happy customers. When I got the computer, I had set it up and began the process to install my software. I had set it up to continue installing my Adobe programs while I went to work. After work, about four hours, I came home and found the computer powered off. I tried turning it back on. Didn't work. I reset the power supply and it still didn't work. I returned the computer the next day. I did some more research and I found reviews on the website "Newegg" that this product line has a faulty power supply. I do expect Best Buy to have quality, working products. Especially when I am paying $1,000. I should not have to purchase an additional power supply to make a product work. Ignoring the power supply, the product did seem to run well. Smooth operation and easy setup.

This desktop rocks! why? Simple. The graphics are amazing, to say the least. There are no breakdowns, just pure gaming at it's finest.

Just bought my first prebuild pc and I am loving it. Everything runs fast. FPS on League is amazing!!

Great intro gaming computer. Was a pain setting up, Windows would not install properly so it took a few attempts. Once that was done it worked well. Have had it a couple weeks and no issues since initial set up.

Bought this along with a Samsung monitor to use with a flight simulator. Much more machine than I needed, but with the graphics card it came with and being on sale I couldn’t resist

i love it so far, it is bigger than i expected but it gets the job done no problemo

Perfect for anyone looking for their first gaming PC

I am giving this 1 star because I am still unable to get it to work. If that changes I will change my rating. I bought this yesterday. After plugging it in, the CPU powers on but nothing shows on the monitor. I tried 3 different monitors same thing. unpon further investigation, I think it may be missing the graphics card plus there is a Graphic card quick guide. Not sure why a $1000 won't come with the card already installed. I checked the entire box and I do not see anything resembling a Graphic card. In the last 20+ years, I have had about 5 Laptops and 5 Desktop PC, this is the first that did not work on the first day. This is also my first iBUYPOWER PC so bad first impression so far. Anyways it is possible that someone bought this first and removed some components then Bestbuy repackaged it as new because there are some other components missing as well. To make matters worse I had to travel overseas last night so I have no way to return this, at least for another 3 months. Not a Happy Customer
