    My daughter was looking forward to using the new computer. Unfortunately it had to be returned because it was too big for her room. We replaced it with a laptop computer.

    The display alone is so cool. The machine started right up and it works great when my son played fort nite. Well worth the buy.

    My graphic card failed on me. I had to contact the manufacturer to get a new one. It took about two months of emailing back and forth, trying to troubleshoot (repetitively, I may add) problems before they finally agreed "Yes, it's not working. We'll send a new one." And then they shipped it through UPS, who forgot to update any and every tracking information, even after I missed the initial delivery. So UPS sent it back to iBuyPower without ever updating the tracking to let me know that it was being held at a pick up facility. I had to email iBuyPower again to tell them it was coming back and I needed it shipped again. It took them another month after receiving my package to get it sent back out. I guess they messed up the initial reprint of the label or something. Throughout all of this, including the first shipment try, they had told me they would email me and update me with tracking info. They did this neither times it was shipped though. I had to email them again to find anything out. MORAL OF THE STORY: Don't buy an iBuyPower pc.
