Seems to me that would be important. Right out of the box I had to call support. Not happy!! Over all good quality PC. Just incompetent techs who don't do a proper windows installation.

Gaming desktop keeps crashing

Finally took it in on 6/24 to find out that warranty does not cover updating faulty drivers. Had to purchase a $199 Geek Squad plan to have Best Buy before they even looked at my computer. Tracking service, it showed that it was assigned to a tech at 10:30 am and no update after that....How long does it takes to upload new drivers.....

Waste of money for online gaming via wifi

They both work well while offline but when on wifi they are horrible. Online gaming lags and makes playing inpossible. I am very dissapointed in this product. I understand it is a value pc but, come on...
