Please do not purchase this product nothing against Best Buy but the gpu did not work fresh out of the box I tried everything and still couldn’t fix it. Ibuypowers support team is horrible as well called over the span of 3 days at different times and each time I was put on hold for over 90 minutes. Go safe buy more pricier and get a good product

DISCLAIMER: RAM SHOWN WAS INSTALLED AFTER PURCHASE, SAME WITH THE CHARACTERS. IT COMES WITH ONE STICK OF 8GB OF RAM. Got this around 5 weeks ago maybe?, and it’s actually amazing. It can run games really easily without stressing the hardware. Can also watch 4K videos with no problem at all, yeah the hardware isn’t for extreme gaming but it can run Forza horizon 5 on high graphics. Truly an amazing starter gaming pc and is worth the money.

It’s been 5 years since I’ve had it and still running smooth. I code and game with it. Only thing I’ve added was more ram. It’s a great pc.

Made a great Christmas gift! I love the fact that you can change the lighting on both the fans and keyboard. Unfortunately it looks like there's no way to with the mouse. That would be my only complaint. If you plan on playing multiple games you may want to look into a bigger ssd as well! Not a deal breaker by any means! I upgraded the ram to 64gb and run 240fps on Fortnite no problem. My monitor is only currently is capable of 144 though so I haven't been able to see what 240 fps is like. Again, not a deal breaker. Overall a great starter pc for gaming and or work. I use it for both and the pc runs flawless, no overheating issues. Would buy again!

This was my very first pc I bought since the one I was gifted as a child. It runs all my games I love to play just fine. For example Dayz, arma 3, csgo, grounded, destiny 2, and etc. I definitely recommend this for anyone who doesn’t wanna spend a crazy amount or maybe doesn’t know much about pc’s. I’ve had it for a year now maybe close to two and it still runs fine. I’ve only had to upgrade storage and ram since it doesn’t have much of either so definitely look into upgrading those asap.

Got this entry level gaming pc on black friday so its already been some time playing on it and it runs awesome. I would recommend upgrading the ram and storage because on more demanding games you'll see visual problems and being new to pc gaming I had to look it up and saw posts that it most likely is being of lack of ram. I bought a 2TB HDD 2-3 days after getting the pc because 512GB just doesn't cut it nowadays so I put bigger files and large games on the HDD and put couple games on SSD for quicker load times.

PC runs fast and great. For its price its prettu good. Could use more storage but overall I like it.

I've never had a gaming PC so I was looking for one that is affordable and pre-built. Since it was Black Friday, I searched through multiple retails and noticed that iBUYPOWER products were on really good deals. So I bought SLATEMR214I, which came with an awesome keyboard and a mouse, and I was so satisfied with the products overall. They were easy to install and have been performing really well!!!

For entry level GAMERS this desktop is really cool. Works just fine the only issue is the overheat, it's really getting hot when you play for a long period. Also 8G Memory is not enough so I have to purchase Corsair 16G 3600 which made a difference. Overall Good desktop for the price.

Decent start-up computer. Had to eventually upgrade my Graphics Card and SSD, but that was to be expected when I bought the computer. It’s also worth getting additional RAM, as the 8gig of DDR4 gets maxed out with most game, I upgraded to 32gig DDR4

Good system but took three video cards getting replaced to get new machine to work. iBUYPOWER took care of it, just took time to finally get a card that worked. iBUYPOWER noted it happens with preinstalled video cards due to the and shipping and stocking being so rough at times damaging the video cards. Only one that work was one sent directly from iBUYPOWER. Replaced first system to only get same issue with second system. VC from iBUYPOWER installed and worked right away. Dont pre install the video card took all of 10 mins to install.

This was my first PC , i had no idea what i was getting into when i wanted to buy one. I have had nothing but good things to say about this PC and company. Only came with 8gb of Ram but with the help of iBuyPower tech help i was able to find out what fit within my PC and what size GB i should get ! Recently i upgraded my SSD storage to 2tb and everything they told me to do worked great !

First gaming desktop pc I owned it runs really well for people who are just casual gamers and the cool thing is I can always upgrade it and make it better along the road will for sure buy from this company again and give this pc to my lil brother who plays roblox maybe when Christmas hits?

Great starter gaming PC. If you want to live stream and have multiple applications up at once, you may want to upgrade. I had to purchase a Samsung - 870 EVO 1TB Internal SSD because there wasn't enough memory on the PC. Overall it was a great starter PC and I'm still using it today. I do plan to upgrade soon since I'd like to start live streaming again.

Decent for the money. Don't expect the best, but it seems to be a nice middle ground. It did great during a stress test and has played games pretty well with nice graphics out of the box. My only problem has been it might need some more ram and/or maybe a bigger ssd, but the mouse and keyboard.

Overall, this is an amazing mid-range budget gaming PC. It can run low demanding games like League and CSGO with ease, and run high end games on decent graphics like Red Dead 2 and Halo Infinite at around 50-60 fps. Worth the money for sure. Just make sure to pick up extra RAM.

We've honestly already upgraded everything in this computer and build a whole other computer in the process. But this is a fantastic starter computer, I definitely recommend, especially if you are wanting to learn how to update and rebuild computers.

Bought this PC for our daughter for Christmas to start her with a gaming PC to play along with her brothers and other friends. I highly recommend this PC you can easily upgrade items on this unit if needed as well! 100% worth the money and the value is great!

This is a great PC it works perfectly and even looks very nice! It even comes with matching keyboard and mouse. Pretty quiet as well! I am very happy with this purchase! Bought on Wednesday and it showed up at my door the very next day!
