I bought this PC with low expectations because it is a prebuild. My predictions were very wrong. I love this Pc and recommend it to anyone looking at this price point.

This is one of the best top end gaming desktops on the market, and for a good price. Would recommend this for anyone looking to upgrade or to start PC gaming!

Ordered my pc and I couldn't be happier. The setup is sick. The mouse and keyboard were included and made my set looks amazing! It also came very fast and easy.

Did not know what to buy, saw this pc and bought and the reviews was great. It isnt this exact pc, but the one i got was with the 3080 and so far its the best

This is the first PC i have ever bought and i love it there is no hesitation at all. I also love all the settings you can use and change on it

got this as a gift for a friend as a starting pc works way better than anticipated and on par with a custom built PC very satisfied

I was happy during the pandemic when i thought i would buy a computer that was new for once. I settled on what i believed to be the best deal which was this one. When it came in i went and got it, brought it home, and used it lightly, not real demanding uses like i would normally do. When one day shortly after i got it, it restarted and never came back on. I then had to find a p.c. to be able to search for the warranty fixes and such. With Best Buy they don't do warranty instead they direct you to Ibuypower (which turns out is not even the company's name) So i went through thier complicated process to contact them, it took along time, i wanted to send the computer as i had no clue what the defective part was. They refused, and instead told me to send the graphics card so i made sure they would still fix it if that wasn't the issue and they said they would(I also had to pay btw despite their warranty statement which seems deceptive in my opinion.). So i did and months would roll by and i received the new card, i waited a week for it to warm up to normal temp before installing it. Then i installed it and lone behold it didn't work. I then contacted support again and lone behold they had stalled until they could claim it was not out of warranty despite their warranty claiming 3 years of labor they claimed it was 1. So i asked them to ask supervisor because i was told they would fix it if that wasn't the issue. And typically in the united states when something is fixed a new warranty that is extended is then made. But they didn't do this and a few seconds later answered me rather fast saying they would not and it was out of warranty to beat feet. Leaving the only means of getting it fixed is a legal remedy. After pouring through my contacts with them it started to appear like they knew something was defective and that they had stalled in order to not have to fix it. (Remind you this is during the time when parts were rare and have a exorbited price.) I just want a working computer that i paid for and it yet it seems that i will have to wait months more and go through even more hoops just to get something defective fixed that they should of checked and looked at from the beginning. Overall i don't recommend buying ibuypower, They are the first p.c. i have seen defective like this, and the only p.c. that doesn't work shortly after you buy it, even a older p.c. of any brand will still work even with most of the parts failing. They also seem like they have deceptive practices especially their warranty department its worded in ways that make you think twice about dealing with them, and have no simple explanation nor filing of warranty claims. In my 34 years of life i have never seen anything like it in the electronics world.

Great computer. Would definitely recommend. It is fast and very powerful. It is able to download many games at once while also still being used.

Got it for Christmas as my first PC, and I love it so much! It runs very smoothly, and it came all set up for me! 10/10

Amazing runs games around 80FPS-90-FPS purchase was great and product was great would recommend.
