Great PC, this is my first rig and I can't be happier with it. Love the look too.

Purchased this computer to fulfill a requirement to make a purchase by Jan 31, 2023 as part of a settlement on a previous botched transaction. I informed the Best Buy Corporate that my cancer and treatment would make it difficult to complete a purchase within that purchase window, but they did not care and wanted everything done to Best Buy's convenience. I ordered this computer and waited a full 7 days for delivery. I did not have time to immediately set it up. I set the machine up on February 23, 2023. After the standard 15-day return period. This is why I did not want to make the purchase on Jan. 31. Anyone with a bit of common sense knows that they should not make a major purchase of electronics during a period that they will not have time to set it up ad test it to make sure ALL components function. Unlike consoles these machines are semi-custom assemblies and have failures and faults at a relatively higher rate that consoles. So, now, I am again stuck between a rock (BAD COMPUTER PCI SLOT) and hard place (BEST BUY) When I did boot the computer, the monitors did not respond. I spent 4 hours troubleshoot the issue and replaced the cords (HDMI/Display Port) and tried different monitors. Nothing worked. I waited for iBuy Power tech support to work with me on trouble shooting the issue. The problem was a bad motherboard. BAD PCI SLOT. The options provided were to return the computer to iBuyPower and wait a minimum of 4-6 weeks to get it repaired and returned with a new motherboard or I have to provide a deposit to iBuyPower and wait for them to ship me a new motherboard and, THEN, REPLACE THE MOTHERBOARD MYSELF. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase that was made after a previous nightmare of a customer service experience with Best Buy. I'M SURE IT IS A GREAT MACHINE IF YOU GET A WORKING VERSION. I moved the graphics card to another PCI slot (father from the CPU) and it works, but I would have to operate the machined with the loss of 2 PCI lanes. due to the mother board configurations.

Pretty decent so far looks pretty good seems well built.

Probably closer to 4.5/5 stars but the fan on the CPU in rhe model i got didnt give me enough clearance to add more RAM - PITA but everything else has been great.

Bought this PC because I didn't want to have to deal with buying all the parts individually. Just a few days in, I have to say everything runs great. It barely makes any noise and doesn't appear to overheat at all. Overall 10/10

Was one of the best PC's I've owned. It is extremely customizable and comes with a mouse and keyboard. Got this for an amazing price on Black Friday. I will enjoy playing cyberpunk on ultra for the rest of the Christmas season

Everything I needed it for it does perfectly fine.
