Computer came with bad memory card and bad cooling system, Currently with Geek Squad getting a new memory card to keep it from freezing. Had to pay for an upgraded cooling system to keep it from over heating. Not exactly the experience you expect for a purchase of this amount.

This is my very first gaming computer and I'm glad that I've made this purchase. Using this computer for 3 weeks made me realize how very slow my previous computer was when initially I thought it was fast.

buying my first prebuilt pc was great. all my friends say this brand and model is top tier amongst all other pc's. After spending some time with it I'm certain that this was best purchase i made of this year.

PC speed is fast but not sure why sometimes wifi has low signal. But after restarting the pc, it gives high signal again. It happens intermittently. Router is close by. But overall, great computer.

I was looking for an upgrade to my 6 year old HP when I found this one. I don't need a gaming desktop, but for the price, I couldn't say no. It loads so quickly, I hardly know what's going on before it's ready to go. My only beef is the dual drives, but I'm planning on upgrading the SSD so it won't matter where things get saved.

Good for gaming, after a week keep freezing out of nowhere

My daughter loves her first gaming PC. I never expect to see a nice & powerful pc. I was supposed to get i5 but I might regret it, so I bought i7 and it exceeded expectations.

Got this bad boy on fire sale! Though fan noise is kind of annoying during use.

Nice PC. I only use it for basic stuff but know the technology in it will keep up for several years to come.

aight, very good pc but the thing is, the headphone jacks do not work, it might just me mine to awful cabling but thats it. the cpu cooler isnt that great as well and it gets hot sometimes, not dangerous to the computer parts but it doesnt feel comfortable, upgrade the cooler and u'll be finne

The PC is great for a starter PC. The fans are quiet as of now. The only things that I did not like were: the keyboard and mouse-- these felt cheap and tacky. The Windows operating system was also not updated and required a key code to proceed with downloading the latest version.

Bought an iBUYPOWER PC from Best Buy and so far it runs great. Unboxing was smooth and the PC was very secure in the packaging.

I like everything about it i dont have any dislikes

This PC has worked really well so far, and I have had no issues with the heating problems that I saw in other reviews.

I purchased two of these PCs and they are not worth the money. One PC had a rebooting issue and had to change out to a new SD card to get it to reboot. Both PCs can't manage running a game without consistently crashing. Do not recommend

The worst product support ever!! this is my second time returning the same model for encountering technical issues. This time geek squad wants to charge me for checking remotely on a glitch and error i keep getting, although i bought it 3 days ago!! They advised i should return it back to the store!! for the 3rd time!!! how environmentally friendly. This is worst customer experience ever Best Buy!

I bought this for my mom since she was always complaining about her old computer lagging, now she is so happy!

New Key board doesn't work - Plugged in an old one and it worked. HDMI Plug in on the Graphics plug is sloppy and requires that you wiggle it into place rather than a secure and stable plug in.
