Horrible Customer service/cheap parts

They uses cheap parts and when they break they want you to diagnose and then ship them defective parts. I have had this computer for 4 moths and have spent hundreds for shipping parts and fixing myself. BUYER BEWARE

However, after 2 years the mother board was fried because the cpu fan wasnt strong enough. Im fairly learned in pc building but at the time thought this was compatible in price and definitely saved time. DO NOT BUY PREBUILT! Watch youtube, do research and build your own. Orherwise best buy will be charging you 200 just to take a look when it fries.
