Have had the PC for less than 2 weeks. It randomly turned off in the middle of editing a photo and would not turn back on. I was watching the temps on it and it was not overheating or having any issues running, no warning signs, it just shut down. Tried different outlets, different power strips, the wall outlet, no luck. Did a little research and it sounds like the PSU died. Absolutely pathetic that it can't handle more than 8 days of use. I chose this PC because about 2 weeks ago when looking at it, it was the best reviewed one in my price range. So I have a theory that A. IBP started using cheaper and less reliable PSUs within the last month or so of manufacturing (as there are wayyyy more 1 star reviews than there were when I first looked at this PC, and they all mention the same issue I'm having) or B. Everyone who wrote a positive review was paid to lie. A $1300 GAMING computer should be able to run a simple app like photoshop without dying. If it can't, maybe IBP needs to switch to making/selling a product that's closer to their skill level. Like those digital watches that come in cereal boxes.

Extremely easy to set up - I installed 3 extra drives from my old machine, and it recognized everything and improved my gaming experience exponentially. I'm very satisfied with this purchase. Upgrade potential is there. Given the current market, you can't go wrong with this machine.

3 months in, will not power on even though mobo RGBs are illuminated. Otherwise, fine budget gaming PC

Really enjoying the quality and price of this machine. Everything worked out of the box with no problems. Love the lighting on the case. Rare to get a computer without all the software bloat.

I had some trouble setting it up other than that I’ve had it for a about a two days and hasn’t given me any problems would 100% recommend to a friend!

So far so good. I dont play and its not exactly the version my son asked for but does the job

Nice PC. Could use more Ram, but overall is a nice grab for anyone starting out in PC Gaming!

Took a while to switch to Pc but this was definitely the right purchase. Definitely recommend for first Pc if you game quite a bit. :))

I had this pc for about a month. I wake up one day to power it on. It powers on but will not boot the os. Only two of my fans turned on thats it. I eneured everything was plugged in and still nothing. Waste of money

Excellent condition comes with everything needed and has worked perfectly for the price of it hasnt crashed od anything
