Honestly it was working fine until about 11 days after the fans wouldn’t turn off. Even when It was shut down completely the fans were still on. If it wasn’t for that, It would of been a good pc.

Have had the pc for two days. The actual pc works fine but the keyboard has some keys that don't work. I called and can only get a replacement keyboard if I go and exchange everything, which is too much effort for just that one thing. It seems that on amazon they do replace just the keyboard etc.. so it might be worth for a sale there instead of best buy. Definitely going to buy elsewhere next time and i'm still keeping the box incase the pc does brake. Hoping that Ibuypower can help directly, and i'll update the review accordingly.

I felt like either the GPU or processeor was having isssues.

Harddrive does not work. I bought this because of all the positive reviews but it was a complete waste of money. This computers spec description is very deceitful and claims you get 1tb harddrive space plus 480ssd but you only get a total of 480gb. This pc is meant for gaming but the disk space is completely full after a few basic games being downloaded. Cannot be returned after only a few days so I’m stuck with it. Pc doesn’t even meet the minimum requirement for windows and the fan runs like crazy even though nothing is running. Tried taking it in to fix the issue only to be charged and not have the issue resolved. Probably just going to throw this computer in the trash.

Worked great up until it started over heating and would just restart on its own after not even owning it for 2 weeks. Honestly just build your own PC… never buying a prebuilt again

I had to return the iBUYPOWER-slateMR Gaming Desktop. It would randomly turn off at all hours of the day. Started experiencing this problem as soon as it was set up and ready to use. Very disappointed. The item itself was very attractive I would have loved to be able to have and use it on my desk.

Overheats constantly even when playing easy going games. Checked the cpu temperatures and all hit 100 deg C.

Waste of money - my son bought this with money he had saved and earned, and after a month we couldn’t even get the screen to turn on. after 3 weeks of operating. the console will pot power up. Best Buy cannot work on it or send it in and we can't get any assistance from manufacture other than to try a couple quick things like making sure power is plugged ion and cord is in??

This is the absolute worst product I have ever received from Best Buy. I bought it for my son for Christmas last year. It literally worked for 5 days. So, we returned the item and they replaced it. The second computer worked for 10 months. Best Buy will not stand behind the product and it was over $1400.00.

It did not light up, the geek squad could not fix immediately they wanted me to wait two weeks to fix it, long story short I ended up paying more and my son has a working computer for Christmas

Total crap ! What a disappointment, tech-support was absolutely no help. Won’t even boot up, tried all the troubleshooting nothing. When you pay this much money for something you expect it to work.
