Computer crashes on simple downloads.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great shipping time. Got it in one day. Hooked up the computer and it crashed loading windows. Followed all the directions but the unit continues to crash so I will return it tomorrow to see if Best Buy will replace it. I like the unit and the reviews were good. I brought it at a good price but am disappointed with the error codes. Hopefully this is rare hardware problem and Best Buy and IBUYPOWER will make this right. I will send a follow up tomorrow after going to the store.

BAD COMPUTER/BAD RETAILER
