Bought this computer durning Covid 19. It didn't work so with everything being shut down they just replaced it, well the second one also didn't work, so I returnd for a refund. My son really wants this computer so we will try again after things open back up.

Received computer with loose mounting screws for the video connection ports and was not seated correctly. This caused the connections to be broken on the inside of the unit. It looks like this defect got overlooked by the quality control team at the Ibuypower manafacture.

Purchased this computer and when I got home turned it on I had no signal on my display, I tried several different cables and other monitors and didn't worked I had to return it.

The one im reviewing right now is the 3rd pc i get since the first one started smoking from ram, second one the delivery driver messed it up, and finally i have not seem any problem on this one hope its good.

My son waited and waited for his computer to come in and within 10 minutes of turning it out , it shut down , called support and they said it must have been damaged during shipping.

This purchase was well worth it even though I had some issues with my first one coming with a bent graphics card the second one I was given was amazing! the speed and power this thing has is amazing. The only thing I would recommend would be to use a M.2 memory instead of the HDD but overall an amazing purchase the LCD panel is very clear and much brighter than expected.

Love my gaming tower. Would recommend. It plays my sims game with no crashes.

Lets just start out with this review with a big wow and thanks to the iBuyPower team for creating a beautiful machine that is continuing to put a smile on my face everyday. It was a super easy to setup. I was an xbox/console player, and have always wanted a gaming pc until recently I was gifted this hunk for my 21st which was all I could ask for. From GTA V to the new Call of Duty MW it can run literally anything you want at max quality and still gett the frames you need. I am currently using an LG-27UL600-W 27" IPS LED 4K UHD FreeSync Monitor with HDR and boy let me tell you it can't be compared to an xbox one x. Its much more. So I wanna thank you again for this opportunity to finally get the dream gaming pc I ever wanted! -Carson R.

Great PC very fast and reliable, easy to setup and use. I have had this PC for a while now and I believe its the best pre build on the market.

I was able to have this pc shipped to the store. Easy to setup and to configure. All pieces were marked inside the tower. Once everything was taken out and connected. Pc booted up really fast and was able to re orientate the screen on the tower to be able to use it. Rain meter was simple and easy to run. Would say wallpaper engine is the best thing to buy for like $5 on steam to have great images on the screen. All and all the best pc I bought. I have added more ram which was easy to add in and help with the led white light inside.

If you bought this computer now it would last you a good 6 to 8 years till you might need to consider a new gaming computer. Plus on top of that. This product when first shipped is very accessible from the start. Easy and quick to understand/read instructions. Nice wired mouse and keyboard. It runs really smoothly. Rocket League looks very good on this computer.

i bought the unit in March 2020. between March and August the system abruptly powered off over a dozen times during gaming (ghost recon, far cry, etc..). Using monitoring tools, I found that the CPU was overheating. I ordered a coolermaster CPU liquid cooler and installed it. since then, i've had 0 issues. installing the cooler was pretty easy, and it was relatively cheap. this unit really needs a liquid cooler to be reliable. otherwise, it's been a great gaming PC

This hands down made our setup and operating of our new racing simulator quick - easy - and runs our programs flawlessly .. Bigpower - Cool window display is icing on the cake !!

To be honest, We bought this computer for business and personal use. In my opinion, configuration like this need to have at least 32 GB of RAM. For now, everything works perfectly and fast. Anyway, We had a problem with installation some of simply business program, but we solve that. Now, we'll see how works when we start to use some demanding programs.

Extremely strong pc for gaming, i have played everything on max settings and haven't dipped under 100fps. Snowblind case is by far the coolest case on the market!

This this can run two games at once at 200 fps and while that run 100 google tabs haven't toyed out the LCD screen but I look forward to it.

I had to originally return the product twice, once with a broken LCD screen and the second time with misaligned ports. However when I finally had a properly functioning computer, the computer is very powerful and im enjoying it a lot.

The snowblind from ibuypower with the i9 is an amazing pc. This pc will walk circles around anything else in this price range. The snowblind lcd screen on the case is jaw dropping and the speed a performance of the pc is wonderful. everything came packed perfectly and not damaged. Buying from ibuypower is the best choice you could make.
