I got this computer when I realized I really wanted a desktop gaming computer, I am definitely happy. I play iRacing on this computer with the graphics set up to the best quality and it runs so well, and unlike other computers the fans are super quiet!

The buying experience was very refined and made it easy to purchase the system. The LCD screen is flipped for some reason but other than that I love the computer.

Had I bought this computer to part out, my rating would be higher. For the components listed it's a steal but most of the insides were cheaper parts. I was lucky on both of my units and the video cards better cards. However I purchased this to use and out of the gate it was quite difficult. The first one I got was damaged in transit. The display ports (hdmi, & display port) were unusable. After waiting another two weeks the second computer arrived okay. The case is beautiful, but has terrible air flow and thermals. Even going into bios and setting the fan speeds on the highest possible setting it was impossible to get more than 15 minutes out of Cyber Punk even on the lowest settings. I feel like it was possibly a defect but having two in the course of a month, I cannot recommend ibuypower.

This is my second iBUYPOWER PC I purchased. The first had zero problems so I purchased this at the end of April when it was on sale (thinking ahead) for a birthday present for my son this month (JUNE). Well his birthday just came and we opened it to get it all set up and the video card does not align correctly with the case. I cannot even put the monitor cables into the video card because they hit the case. This is a joke. Does your company not have quality control people to make sure you can even connect cables to the computer before shipping it out? I have called your customer service number and all I get is a voicemail and no return calls. Its too late for me to take it back to BestBuy now. I have a very expensive PC that is useless right now.

Had for about a week now and I love it.. It runs all my games at max settings and they run smoothe and look amazing..This is my First pc I had in years and Im glad I chose this to get back into PC gaming.

THIS PC IS NICE! LOVE THE WALLPAPER FEATURE! IT MAKES THIS PC STANDOUT FROM OTHERS. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Only downside is the mouse and keyboard are cheap. I had to buy new ones.

Gift for my son. Great gaming PC, affordable cost given the specs on the machine. The keyboard and mouse are of poor quality so if your a true gamer, replace them.

Glass side screen was damaged at manufacture or in delivery. Otherwise computer works great.

Spend 2 grand on an i9 Intel Core 9900KF with a GeForce RTX 2080 Super and 87 dollars for two day shipping..giving iBUYPOWER a chance to impress (usually an Asus ROG user). They failed. Computer booted up once and allowed for Windows to be set up. Powered down for 4 hours. Powered it back up to use and it would not power on. Tried everything I could find for fixes, but ended up calling Best Buy for a replacement. EXTREMELY disappointed. I have serious concerns about the replacement, considering how this has gone thus far. Went to iBUYPOWER's page to review it there and it is clear they do not make leaving reviews easy. Will review new unit when it arrives, but it should be noted that the first one failed on second boot..miserably.

Runs any game I play on it wish it had water cooling but fan seems to do the job

I bought this computer for my son who is an avid gamer. He absolutely loves it. Also got him a curved 32" screen to go with it. Amazing gaming experience.

I normally build my computers, but due to supply chain shortages, decided to buy a pre-built computer. I'm very pleased with the performance.

My son loves it, sad thing he won't do his chores now nor homework how do I get past that.

Very tight machine with ample room for future upgrades. Read the reviews and manual. The LCD Glass Panel is very pleasant.

The video card was bent and didn't line up. I had to lift the card up with my hand to align it and plug my monitor to see if the computer at least worked. Booted it up... NO OS system. No SSD recognized. Why ? The motherboard where the input was had broken off. And when I took the case off a clip from somewhere just fell out! Mind you the packaging was fully intact, so reason to believe this iBUYPOWERS issue. Extremely disappointed.

I'm very satisfied with this pc for Gamers the quality and images is excellent. The best Pc I bought in my entire life.

Excellent piece of hardware. Great purchase. When back in stock, it's a great PC to start with.
