Defective PC Don't Buy

I has purchased a 144Hrz monitor to keep up with the 2080 super graphics card. I plugged in the DP port and no signal. This kept happening no matter what. I tried all the dp ports and also the integrated gpu and nothing. I reset the bios like tech support told me to and nothing. I've been stuck with a 2200 brick. I hope no one else wastes their money. I am currently trying to get a refund or replacement because for this amount of money it should have been working properly.

We recommend trying the monitor with another device if possible just to confirm if this is indeed a problem with our computer. It came with the minimum packing protection. Luckily the computer was not damaged but the mouse was. Tried to go to the store to get a replacement. Unable to get one because they don't carry them in the store. So I have to send my whole computer back just for a broken mouse. Went to two different stores and no replacement ed ment mouse available, very disappointed. Even more disappointed after I got everything setup and was ready to work and could not.
