Out of the box this PC works and is easy to set up, there are some cosmetic issues that are disappointing considering the computers price tag. I got the computer delivered yesterday and met the delivery guy outside of my house. The box was a little beat up and keyboard box was smashed in. Keyboard and mouse that comes with it are of basic quality, but are aesthetically pleasing just like the Snowblind itself. Biggest issue is LCD screen itself, it has many imperfections all over the screen. I wouldn't be as upset if it were one or two, but they're all over. Biggest annoyance was the glue on the I/O shield from the sticker that comes on it, I used over 10 alcohol pads on it and I am posting a picture of what it looks like AFTER I cleaned it (still looks yucky). One small paint issue on the side of the case that has the LCD screen on it, but it is tiny. I also posted a picture of the GPU's statistics while downloading Microsoft's airplane simulator while also playing music and having multiple other things running in the background. Computer itself is very quiet, only wish it was lit up better on the inside. Other than the cosmetic issues, this is a good start up PC. Would buy again but maybe not have it delivered and see if that is cause for the LCD screen imperfections.

Bought this a few weeks ago great spec amazing pc it’s a workhorse, the first one I bought had a broken fan and the lcd screen panel didn’t work would have given better review if worked as intended... I was also missing the WiFi antennas so it obviously a returned product that BESTBUY put back to sell

The computer itself is working great. Not a gamer, I got it to use for photo and video editing. Haven't stressed it yet but seems great for what I've done so far. My issues have been with delivery of the computer. First one I got , several of the internal parts were bent in transport and did not work properly. IBuy customer service said it wasn't their problem that it worked when it left there. Wasn't to happy with their attitude. Best Buy took it back no problem and I got another one. It also had a broken piece internally when I got it. I fixed it myself rather than wait another 2 weeks for another one to arrive. I would say the delivery companies are probably to blame as it seemed to be well boxed and protected. Also I don't like the keyboard fell. Keys are clumsy and uncomfortable. No speed typing on this thing. Will be replacing it.

Mine came with the MSI 2080 RTX Super Aero model. After playing for 1.5-2 hrs the graphics card gets so hot over 84 deg c that the it loses signal to my monitor. If I unplug the monitor and plug back in it'll come back on but the graphics are greatly reduced as I'm assuming the card is throttling back. Haven't done any overclocking. Just the way the card came. Even tried using the MSI afterburner app to better control the fan speed which helps but ultimately still overheats. Prob going to return to best buy.

It came with a windforce triple fan 2080 super by gigabyte it frequently and i mean almost every game runs at 85 to 87 degrees, so the most expensive componet in the system will probably burn out in a month and now i probably have to return it but because it was on sale im gonna have to shell out an extra 200 dollars just to replace it not cool ibuypower you guys sell top notch but this one is trying to burn itself down

I bought this because my old HP went blue screen and I needed a computer right away I would not have bought it if I had known there were no dvd drives or memory card slots. other than that it is very fast, but I think when I get the HP working again I will use that instead of this. I don't think it was worth the money I paid for it.

The computer runs fine but it was delivered with no windows installed and I feel as if the ports weren’t installed properly. They work but something about it get off. Overall decent but the customer support about the device could have been better. Felt very brushed off.

Yet to be excited with the overall experience of my new Ibuyerpower pc. We were under the impression that it would be a plug in and play. After unpacking the system we had another 1 hour and 30 minutes with waiting time and speaking with technical support to set up the boot up system that was not completed from the manufacture. Our Best Buy experience was not the best with their delivery promise either. We paid extra to have it ship on time to our son's birthday and the items arrived one two days and the other 3 days after the expected arrived day. We are still dealing with IBuypower technical support team to ensure all is working as labeled.

Overall the build was not pad components were mediocre and hardware was the same price you were paying for. Unfortunately I have to return build.
