Ibuypower makes fantastic PC's. I owned the Ibuypower Snowblind 956, & due to a replacement, I now own the Snowblind S. My PC crashed during the beginning of COVID-19 and I had to send it into Geek Squad to get fixed. I was sent a gift card for a replacement PC due to something faulty. So whether you get your PC directly from Ibuypower or a retail store such as Best Buy, you are assured good quality service. I only have a slight problem with a small indentation on the tower that must have happened during transit. Other than that, everything is fine.

Great Rig. As soon as I got it, I replaced the ram sticks with corsair 16 gig sticks ddr4 3200. Doesn't really get hot. I don't overclock and I get over 220 fps when playing gears 5. Keyboard and mouse aren't the best. Nicely designed and good cable management. PC also only has 3 display ports and 1 hdmi port. No DVI ports!!! Paired with Alienware - AW2518H 25" LED FHD G-SYNC Monitor, everything was buttery smooth and game changing experience for me. The only thing id get is a external harddrive for games. Im still using out of the box settings as well. The only con I see for me is the LCD display that the chassis has Is way too dark and I have no idea how to make it brighter or if I can make it brighter.

So far so good. The first Snowblind I bought was defective and I was extremely happy upon receiving the new one. Setup was a breeze and the computer runs incredibly well. The Windows drivers were fairly up to date along with the GPU driver. Additionally, the expanded foam inside the case is a nice touch. I am a fan of the LCD screen, however it is a little dim. It took some time to set up and was not incredibly intuitive (IE. the widgets and animated backgrounds). Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed the PC so far. I only gave it 4 stars because the first model was defective.

Just purchased when this was on sale for $200 less and I’m loving it so far. Kinda thought the white lights would show through the glass more. As you can see in the picture, almost no light is coming though the glass which is kinda lame cause I wanna show off my 2080 super and the “blinding white light.” Also upon opening it and setting it up I realized the gpu only has one hdmi port and 3 display ports, and seeing how my monitor is an hdmi, there was no place to plug in the lcd screen hdmi. So now I have to make a separate purchase for a hdmi to display port. Really would have been nice if that was included. Other than that I’m happy with it.

I give this a 4 star for 2 reasons. 1st, because my first one was damaged and it was a hassle to return. 2nd, the MSI graphic card will make an annoying electric buzz noise playing high demand games. But it's the fastest machine I have ever used and plays all my gaming library without overheating. This was a concern of mine with the unit being air cooled vs liquid cooled. The pc has an extra slot for a second graphic card for future gaming upgrades which I love having that option. Overall worth the investment. (My family loves the built in screen, it brings the whole pc together for me)

Got to the store a few days earlier than expected. I had a little trouble getting the video output to work, but I unplugged the NVIDIA card and plugged it back in and it works fine now. There was probably a cable loose. The PC is whisper quiet, and lightning fast. It is also aesthetically pleasing.

Over all machine runs well. Down side is only the one HDMI port so if you want to have your display showing on the computer you should invest in a usb to HDMI connector. I also upgraded the ram due to the fact of streaming and the types of games I play.

The sad part is that the CPUs not water cooled. it was pretty fast out of the box but I did a few upgrades including doubling the ram which is only 16 GB and installing a new SSD card with 1 terabyte of storage. That really spent it up

I am no expert on Computers but after all the research I put into building my own, I came to the conclusion that this was a good deal as far as price per part. The only issue is figuring out how to operate/manage the lcd screen on the case.

woulda given this excellent but for the snowblind screen uses the only hdmi port on the video card. for those who don't know, snowblind is the company that makes the see though panel on the side of the tower that u can use as a video screen. u can display videos, use it for another monitor, set it up to display cpu running parameters. it's a great addition to impress newbs but not useful for me and the software to set up the display was awkward. also sometimes when i closed a window then browser then next time i opened it would appear on the snowblind display and was hard to get cursor there to navigate it back to normal display. i ended up unplugging the snowblind panel and it worked fine after. still the best priced unit with i9 and rippin video card offered by Best Buy

My PC died at the beginning of the pandemic, and while I really wanted to build my own, parts availability was going to make that very difficult, so I looked at what was available. Out of the available options this caught my eye. Would have loved it if this was packing an AMD Ryzen 9 3950X, but the i9 9900KF isn't a bad compromise, the RTX 2080 Super works well, the i9 is also treating me well, the only downside I can point out is no USB C and the interior lighting leaves something to be desired, so eventually I'll be replacing the case fans with fans that will add to the interior lighting. Already added an additional 16 GBs of RGB ram for more internal light. Case looks amazing in a dark room though.

This machine has great specs (eg I9 chip, 2080 Super graphics card, etc) for the money. The snowblind case is also a great addition but is definitely eye candy (rather than functional). TIP: if everything is not working correctly out of the box, you need to open it up and check all the connections. I spent a couple of hours trying to figure out why inside led would not work and eventually found a loose connector inside.

Just got my system came in when they said it was going to come in the only issue I am having is for the lighting on the tower. Will call customer service to get assistance. but overall the system is super quite. Amazing easy set up,

The PC is super quiet, but i'm having some problems on displaying it on my monitor while having the side panel on, since its connected to the only HDMI in the video card slots. Not sure if a display cord would work.

I bought the Snowblind S from best buy and received it in the mail pretty beat up, everything works but a few usb ports are smashed behind the case to where i cant use them. I have one HDMI port so if i want to use a monitor and the LCD screen on the case i will need and HDMI to DP adapter because I was given and HMDI to HDMI from the LCD. I'm not at all upset with my purchase, everything wrong with the pc (aside from the hdmi to hdmi without a dp adapter) was caused during shipping. I would recommend the pc to someone else but be prepared to make a return if shipping destroys it.

Very good pc especially nowadays where its impossible to find a 1650 for a good price no less a 2080 super

This is one power-full PC. Its packed with all the goodies needed to play games on the highest settings and best resolutions.

After a year everything works fine except for the display on the case which honestly stopped working for me very early on, it's the only downside but other than that PC is great no other major issues. The mouse and keyboard included weren't great either but I wasn't expecting to use them for long.

It is a good PC, but I have already had problems with the display monitor not working. They want me to pay a $189 deposit and ship the entire thing to them in order for them to look at it. They said that it will get paid back but seems like a hassle instead of shipping me a new side panel.

It's clean set-up. The only problem i had with it out of the box was the motherboard battery was dead and i had to replace it. ibuypower Tech support was able to help me with it easly
