Don’t buy!! Delivered on 6/11/21… given to my son for his birthday on 7/31/31… computer stopped working for defected hard drive!! Can’t reach anyone from this company on the weekend. I’m very upset and disappointed!!!!

The only good thing is that Best Buy refunded the system without any issues. My son saved for over a year to purchase this item. The first order was shipped directly to the store (curbside) nice service from staff. We got home and there was next to no instructions, it was supposed to just plug in and basically ready to play, but nothing. Called the 1-800 # for assistance and they told him to check a few things and when that didn’t work was told to return to store and exchange for another unit. This time we had the system delivered directly to house for round 2. This time he got a little closer then the first unit, but again nothing. It was at this time that we returned it back to the store for a full refund.

Box came open, didn’t have power cord or accessories, keyboard didn’t work, and screws were falling out of desktop because wasn’t secured during shipping

My daughter got this pc for her birthday and straight out the box it was crashing and kept having the blue screen, we picked it up a week before her bday so it was wrapped until then and upon opening on her bday and connecting the problems started so the day she opened it was the last day to return it and it was already minutes before the store was closing, so she is stuck with a messed up PC. I do not recommend.

Oh wow, I bought this 31 days ago and yesterday processor died! I start using it 2.5 weeks ago. I don't know what's going on, Was working fine and yesterday just gave an error in the blue screen saying Stop Code: Critical Process Died. New Computer. Horrible!

Product came delivered missing parts and inoperable. For something I bought because it was plug and play it was really disappointing . I returned the computer and I will not buy an I Power brand again.

The HDD of this computer stop working after 3 months. The RMA process from Ibuypower is the worst part. It will take you months to sent you a replacement, after you paid for this process.

Quit working within 1 week of having it. The Geek Squad is currently working on it and has for tge past week.

Not good a good gaming pc if you want good graphics and game try a higher graphic card or another pc

Even at this price it’s not worth it. Save up more and either build your own or purchase a different one

Terrible pc I mean terrible it can barely even handle Csgo and other easy to run games

I've worked with 2 Revisions (Versions) of this same computer with the Gt 710 2 Gb and Gt 730 2 Gb. THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPUTER. The actual computer processor, cooling, fans, and keyboard are fine. You can use it for normal work like spreadsheets, school essays, and youtube. However, games do not run well on this Gt 710. 2 Gb VRAM is not enough to actually play most games, and even if it works, it plays super slow, laggy, and causes blue screen crashes. I HIGHLY recommended either a laptop for normal use, or a computer with a 1660 6gb or HIGHER graphics card to play video games. Otherwise you will end up returning this computer. I don't know if the other reviews on this computer are fake. But trust me, this computer is not good.
